Review: I purchased DMV services and was told the time that these services would be done did not meet my time line. At the time of purchase I immediately requested a refund. I was told at that time it would be up to a month. It has been two months. I called to ask about my refund and was immediately disconnected. Upon the next communication I was asked all of my information about the credit and was told I had to wait on the phone so they could go thru the records? I am due the credit. there were no services performed and the timetable for a credit given has long past a 30 day refundDesired Settlement: I would like my credit and an investigation of questionable business practice. Not giving a credit in a reasonable time frame. Why is issuing a credit delayed? what was the reasoning for the delay? The information was available to the business to give the credit in a reasonable time frame

I have attached a copy of the transactions that occurred on May 27, 2014. There was a charge for

$181.69 processed at 12:32 pm and a refund processed at 12:37 pm(l). The transaction is being

researched. On July 18th, a cashier's check was issued in the amount of $181.69(11} which he received via

Fedex(ll) on July 21 2014.

I would like to apologize to Mr. [redacted]. He was place on hold, the disconnection was not

intentional. f did try to help him the best I can when he called.

Allie's has been in business for many years. The local Chase Bank/ US Bank & US Postal are a few of the

businesses that refers their customers to Allies's.
