Review: I paid 13,650.00 for services I didn't receive.I have an agreement that they would pour a foundation, demo existing exterior brick wall for new wall, complete all framing for new addition, install one exterior door.Frame opening for all others exterior doors and windows, deck and panel all walls and roof, and weatherproof roof with double layer or 30lb felt paper. Upon completion of phase one of new addition, building will be blacked out.All I got was a foundation with plumbing, and a big mess in my back yard.They didn't take out the dirt or remove the form boards from the foundation.And now they want more money.I know they can't complete the job for what I was estimated, but I should have more than what I have.The estimated total was 18,900.00. On top of all of this I don't think I should have paid for equipment that sat in my yard and for labor that never happened. Also, my fence was not put back together properly. As well as toolsmissing from my yard, including three shovels and a sledgehammer. The ditch had a pipe into it to allow access to the yard, and is causing the yard to flood slightly whenever the rain gets a little hard.Desired Settlement: I want what I paid for. I think I should have some kind of structure. I don't think that my foundation is a 13,650.00 slab. And my back yard should be clean and the form boards and the dirt should be gone and fence should be fixed. Also the pipe and dirt in the ditch should be remove.
