My car electrical system shut down 10/01/@3:12am and I contacted AAA for serviceThey dispatched a Tow truck to tow my car to AAA *** *** ** *** ***The tow truck arrived around 4:30am The driver tried to jump start my car with no successHe then loaded it onto the truck and took it to AAA *** *** ** *** ***The tow driver texted me around 6:30am to inform me that he locked the key in the car and it took him mins to get into my carI have a spare key but he never called to ask if I had oneHe took it upon himself to get into my car using any means necessaryWhen I picked my car up Monday 10/03/I realized that the tow driver had caused damage to my driver’s doorI immediately called AAA to file a complaint that same dayThey informed me that I would receive correspondence within hrsI waited for a return call and never received oneThe following morning I went down to AAA on Red Bank and Ms*** helped me get in contact with someone at AAA and I infor
On August 9,2016, a Korte's Tow truck came to *** *** Plaza to pick up a vehicle from the lot My car was parked in the space next to the one being picked up As the driver of the tow truck attempted to pull the car out, he hit my car The damage dented the driver side door of my car, broke the side mirror completely off, and shattered the window in the door A witness/employee of the business where this occured, was one car over and saw it happen The driver initially denied he caused the accident then admitted it was a tight squeeze after the witness told him he watched it happen He asked the driver to remain on the scene but the he refused He gave the witness a business card and left The following day, I contacted Mr*** at Korte's Towing He admitted that the driver caused the accident and asked me to send photos and an estimate and he would "see what he can do" Since then, photos and estimate have been submitted to him but he will not return any calls or emai
On 7/ the towing company towed our van and we are AAA members, we have mile radius, the towing company towed our van about 10-miles and told that we had to pay 17.00, we insisted that we are covered with AAAThey would not release our van until we paid so we didon 8/2/they charged our credit card for claiming that the funds were not there, has charged our account on 8/8/and on 8/9/ We called them about it and they accused us of not paying our bills and cussed us out and hung the phone up on us and threaten us to call the police if we called back, and has called our cell phone times on 8/harassing us, I have phone records, I have bank records to show that the funds were there on 7/
