We made perfectly clear to the said customer that the $75 initial charge was for our gas and time as well as expertise and offered the $75 discount if said customer decided to go with our company. Our reputation as our company is very important to us and we have no problem refunding the $75 if customer feels they were wronged. Our reputation as a good and honest company is priceless.
