I tried to call and she would not return my phone call. ***, *** betrayed me and stole $75.00 from me. I request *** to pay me back $75.00. My *** is *** and not able to do physical work and *** took advantage of our situation.

went to customers home to give estimate for removal and replacement of new ***. The *** was granted and we informed customer we will not cut Granite we do not do this. We also notified customer on Telephone before appointment that the $75 initial fee was to come out measure and give her all the detail she needs for ***. Customer was notified that if she decided to go with our company and hire them, we would remove the $75 from the total balance of $299. Customer was satisfied and decided to go with ***. The *** the customer wanted was rare in size and took multiple weeks for customer to find *** that fit the counter top. After multiple weeks I've not hearing from said customer at no time did we receive a phone call or text message only email our email and *** or compromised as well as the coronavirus in the time of waiting had infected the entire world ten times worse than it was when we gave her the initial estimate. At no time has *** ever received money for services rendered without satisfying the service has any customer has asked for. We made perfectly clear to the said customer that the $75 initial charge was for our gas and time as well as expertise and offered the $75 discount if said customer decided to go with our company. Our reputation as our company is very important to us and we have no problem refunding the $75 if customer feels they were wronged. Our reputation as a good and honest company is priceless. We contacted customer and offered to send them a check. Are *** account was compromised and we were forced to close it. We have opened a new account and are waiting for checks in the mail. We have contacted customer and offered it to deliver a money order as well as an apology for whatever customer feels wasn't professional in our conduct. We will continue to strive to make every customer happy both in the past and future in any dealings with ***.
