To Whom it May Concern, After multiple attempts to schedule repairs and correct any issues that are believed to have occurred , sometimes a business owner must reserve the right to refuse service to uncoperative and or unpleasant people, Regretfully this is the situation.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I talked to more than just the one guy. like I stated before that I had a surgery last year and I didn't drive it till after February and when I wasn't driving it I was driving the truck. The heater did not work correctly and I can show you the paperwork showing the parts they had to replace and the comments on why the heater did in fact not work. Sincerely,

To whom it may concern, Unfortunately, Allinol Truck and Auto Repair has not been open on Saturday's for the past yearWith the exception of Heavy Truck Division, and Emergency Road Service...? Approximately one year after the said repairs; we received three phone calls from the customerTwo
in which they were instructed to please bring the vehicle in, and we would take time to look at itPutting aside the fact that they refused to schedule an appointmentThe third phone call resulted in myself being hung up on because we were no longer open on the weekends for automotive repairFor the simple fact that we still had snow and frozen windshields until May of last yearI find it hard to believe the heater did not operate, and now within the last month; nearly a year laterIt has suddenly become a concern

I am rejecting this response because:Tom never contacted me to resolve the issue. I tried twice to no avail. The original mechanic was obviously offended at my quesions on why he did certain things.
