Review: I ordered a cape from Allison Collection online in February 2014 for $400. The website said the garment was made of silk. After receiving my order, I saw that the inside tag read "100% polyester". I contacted [redacted], the [redacted] of Allison Collection, and requested a refund. After several phone conversation and emails, she agreed to refund my money. I returned the item in March, as she requested. I have been calling and sending emails weekly, and both Allison and her assistant said the refund was being processed. I still have not received a refund to date.Desired Settlement: Please refund $400 to the debit card I provided when ordering.
