me over on a completed projectHe should pay his billsThird in order for me to do any warranty work I will have to be paid in fullWith certified funds for attorney fees ,interest at 18% from time work was complete and all fee for filing and serving a lien on *** *** projectI believe the actual owner and I can resolve this but the daughter is putting herself in the middle of this, and has not businessShe ain't on the deed nor the contract She is annoying and ignorant and should mind her own businessI am willing to work with ***I have built hundreds of buildings over the years and have a great reputation with people as well as other businessesI look forward to getting paid and resolving this matter after I am rightfully paidI have the men to correct any work neededIf I have to I will Warranty work is for calender year after final CID approval and if be we can fix anything after getting our moniesThanks

I am rejecting this response because: Hi,I am responding to reopen this complaint, The emails went in to my junk and I have just discovered them after being contacted by [redacted] at the Revdex.com who instructed me to respond to the email directly. In response to the contractors information pertaining to this case. I, [redacted], am the "ignorant and annoying person" whom they claim is not part of the contract. In truth, it was me and my father whom they sat down with to come up with the plans and I was the person that they coordinated all of the work with. In addition it was MY money that they cashed for all work done on the garage and they are well aware of this. I am sorry that it bothers them that I am a woman and I am questioning their work and actually sticking up for myself The reason I did not make final payment was because after contacting them with our concerns they told us that there were no problems and that I was an it, thief and liar. and that I did not know what I was talking about. I then contacted the manufacturer of the stucco whom told me that it was applied incorrectly. I have all of this documentation. In addition I contacted an attorney who instructed me not to pay them because if they were already this hostile with me that they probably wouldn't work with me to fix the problems anyway which they have proven to be true At this point, because the stucco was not applied according to code, which I have had documented by a licensed state contractor and licensed architect who also stated this and other deficiencies with the workmanship on the garage. There is extensive cracking and discoloration on the entire structure. This has cost me an additional $2000 in order to have the work checked out.Finally, my father [redacted] has been added to the complaint.Please let us know if you would like copies of the deficiencies of workmanship as I would be happy to oblige.
