Not a very above board real estate agency, I truly believe they do freinds favors and play right around the edges of being investigated, I have dealt with dozens of realtors, NONE have some of the excuses and practices of this place, If you call for a specific realtor , You will get someone else and they will try to assume at that point you are there customer, They answered phone, Dont worry about her, You deal with me now, I am your agent, I want my commision, I tried for 2 days to reach a realtor, I was the first to see and want to buy a home, But the other agent in office would not put me through to the listing agent, He wanted to be buyers agent, Mean while 2 days later, House goes under contract, While he is getting info on it, Every time I call, They dont give me to who I call for, They put me back through to HIM, They are extremly crooked agency, If your listing RUN, If your buying, GOOD LUCK, IF its to be had, They already have someone thats going to buy it, IF ITS ANY TYPE OF DEAL, IF ITS WAY OVER PRICED, THEN ONE OF THERE BUYERS HAS DECIDED TO SELL MOST LIKELY, Real estate commision should pull there license ! AT LEAST PUNTA GORDA FL, BRANCH, I CaNT SPEAK FOR OTHERS !

Review: We enlisted [redacted] real estate business in locating and purchasing a home on [redacted] longview in Stockton, Calif. Eventually the seller backed out of the deal but would not sign to release our $4,100 deposit because of disagreements with his real estate agent. We pursued the release of our deposit through [redacted] but our real estate agent informed us that their lawyer and broker said they would have nothing to do with it and that we would need to pursue the return of the deposit without their help evidentally because our first [redacted] agent was terminated sometime during the entire process. Various real estate agents and one lawyer have indicated that [redacted] is responsible for acquiring our deposit. The money continues sitting in escrow and being charged $25/mo. And it appears no one is responsible.Desired Settlement: We want [redacted] to get our deposit back.
