I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Allison Maslan International, Inc (AMI) has engaged repeatedly in wrongful and deceptive trade practice; and also has not performed their obligations under contract to me - signed on January 22, 2017.   After I showed Mrs. Allison Maslan hard evidences of AMI and her team frequently engaging in wrongful and deceptive trade practice towards me; she admitted all of those practices; and took personal responsibility for AMI and her team. Mrs. Maslan also admitted that AMI had been at fault for the termination this contract - as of July 29, 2017. She assured me that as the CEO of AMI - that AMI and she personally will reimburse me for the amount paid under this contract and all the expenses accumulated because of AMI and her and her team fault.  That promised was expressed orally and in writing almost 4 months ago. I believed AMI and Mrs. Maslan. After months and email communications, I discovered on November 15, 2017 that Allison Maslan and AMI returned to their way of doing business - engaged again in wrongful and deceptive trade practice towards me - this time refusing to reimburse me for the money they hold without any legal reasons.  I tried to work with AMI but it is impossible to change AMI or Allison Maslan's ways of doing business.  I trusted AMI and Allison Maslan again when she promised to return the money they are obligated to me. The danger is that AMI and Allison Maslan are potentially engaging daily in those deceptive and wrongful practices, and they need to be stopped and guided to do business the legal way - without deceiving people; returning money they must return for non performing and also stopping them from engaging in wrongful and deceptive practices as they are dealing with me. By helping AMI to respect the law and doing business correctly you will help not only them, but many other people from become victims of AMI's wrongful and deceptive practices. Returning the money they are obligated to me is part of doing business correctly and legally. Hope AMI listens to you. Mrs. Maslan admitted that AMI and her team engaged repeatedly in wrongful and deceptive trade practice towards me; AMI had not performed its obligations under contract to me - signed on January 22, 2017;    AMI and Mrs. Maslan and her attorney  promised to reimburse me for the amount paid under this contract and all the expenses accumulated in amount of $ 30,150.00, because of AMI and her and her team's fault.   AMI and Mrs. Maslan must release to me in 20 days my $ 30,150.00, they illegally held.

Our company and our team are known for our high-level of dedication and integrity and have been known for this for many years.  We always go the extra mile for our clients, and that is why so many stay with us year-after-year.  We all worked very hard to support your growth, giving many hours of extra coaching time with no extra fees, because we truly care.  We went way above our obligations and have records to show this. We are never involved with deceptive practices, we never said anything of the like, and we don't even know what that would consist of. I apologized that we had a problem with our conference line during two of our calls.  We have over 60 conference calls a year so occasionally a technical glitch can happen, however, new numbers were sent to you immediately to get on the line.  That was the only issue on our end and we resolved it immediately.  Several of my team members, including myself, tried calling you several times and you would never answer or return our calls.  You are demanding us to pay for purchases you made with other companies that have nothing to do with us.  That is like asking a fitness coach to pay for your work-out clothing.  We have done everything in our power to make you happy and we are truly sorry that you are not.  That is the last thing we ever want to see happen.
