We didn't collect any money from the customer, therefore any refunds would need to come from the home warranty company that collected the moneyWe offered to come back at no chargeIf you were still having problems call us or the home warranty company to come backAs we have not collected any
money all we could do is offer an account credit for future pool repairs as a courtesyWe asked the customer to give us 24hrs to review the situation and the customer demanded an immediate response, made legal threats and then hung up on me.Thank you,*** ***

There are no additional comments added to the complaint? We have already submitted our response.Thank you,Mike ***

I do apologize that you were unhappy with our services and we have already credited your account for both of your July servicesYou have already stated that someone came out through your home warranty to look at your motor, but that was not us so I'm not sure why we would be responsible for thatYou would need to contact the home warranty company to find out who serviced your motor

This is false, as I had repeatedly called them numerous times about the poor service and the incompetence of their service tech. I observed him from my window and he would just check the chlorine basket, and spend maybe tops mins. He did not even empty the leaf basket during these visits, or even mentioned anything wrong with the system. I specifically mentioned this to my number of calls that I did, as well my Wife. I even went as far as taking to the service tech about these issues, and claimed there was nothing wrong with the motor. GO AHEAD and ask the technician about that conversation. I'm not lying or trying to scam anyone hereI would like compensation that is worthy of what I just paid to get my pool that was damaged from negligence of the technician not doing his job. This combination if issues, which I was paying dearly per month on utilities by having the motor running extra hard trying to pass into a clogged filter, or leaf basket. All night during the cleaning cycle. I have attached most recent pictures of how my pool was maintenance.. One showing the Leaf Filter full of leafs right after he just serviced my pool. I kid you not. This is true.

We did not charge you for any return visit, the home warranty company has determined that a salt water claim and a heater claim are separate issuesTherefore the home warranty company charged an additional service feeWe have no control or input over the home warranty service fee requirements, but
I do believe there is a good chance that the home warranty will remove the service fee if you just give them a callTheir phone number is 800-862-Thank you,Mike ***

I just spoke with the home warranty people. They said they cannot waive the service fee because the home warranty company prepaid Aaron Pools for each service call, so there is no way for them to waive the fee. I'm seeing the fuller picture now: First technician fixes salt cell problem, but at the same visit cranks a valve the wrong way (a valve that I don't ever touch and basically just plain never should be touched according to AP's heater technician). That causes the heater to not work, and the first technician says he doesn't know what the deal is and that I have to submit another warranty claim for the heater. They say the technician that dealt with the salt cell does not know how to deal with heaters, so he cannot fix it and the only thing I can do to get it looked at is to submit another warranty claim. This causes AP to be PREPAID for a second visit, even though it's obvious the first visit caused the second visit. It's a great way to double those low fees paid by home warranty companies.... A whole new way to upsell. Either that or it was an incompetent first technician cranking valves he shouldn't have touched. I have two options for a solution: (1) AP pays the service fee, or (2) AP sends me a check for $65. AP also shows their dishonesty by trying to tell me in the Revdex.com response that the home warranty has to waive the service fee and AP can't do anything about it. This was and AP knows it was false--AP was prepaid for the visit.

Once again we haven't collected any money from you, therefore we can't refund any money to youPlease contact your home warranty company and take this matter up with them, as they are the ones that collected the money from youWe have no control over the home warranty company's service fee, that is a contract between you and the home warranty company. Thank you,*** Aaron

We have been servicing this customer's pool for over a year now and we have always addressed any problems that have come upAs far as the home warranty call for their motor, I don't see any work order for a motor that we servicedThe last time that we were out at their property through their home
warranty company was back in November of for a heater problemThe work order might have been sent out to a different company, but we were not the ones who serviced his motorI have already credited their account for both services in July that were completed, since? they? were not happy with our services

We did receive a work order from his home warranty company regarding a leaky valve and also to check the spa button and we went out to the property on 6/4/and repaired the leaky valve by replacing the jandy o-rings on the return lineWe also tested the spa button and there was an underground air
leak for the spa button, which wasn't covered by the home warranty companyThe service fee of $was not collected at the time of service and still wasn't paid by the time that we billed out the work order to the home warranty company, so I'm not sure why he is stating that he paid usWe did not receive any payment from him in regards to this work orderWe warranty our labor for days and our parts for days, so by the time that he contacted us on 10/23/about the slow drip it was out of our warranty periodIf he would've contacted us within the warranty period we would have been more than happy to go out and take care of it for him at no charge, but unfortunatley the warranty period had already expired by the time that he notified us of the problemWe did offer to go back out to his property to fix the problem, but we would have to charge our $service fee for the trip

This company will not honor their warranty or backup any of their workThey first tried to offer us a cash discount (for obvious reasons)We have contacted them on several occasions by phone and the customer service is horribleThey refuse to take messages, they refuse to let you speak to the owner, and they terminate the call when your speakingWhen requesting an email address or a direct line for the Qualifying Party or Owner, they refuse immediatelyWhen they scheduled us on numerous occasions, they had every excuse not to show up when promised and not to have the parts/material present on the truckThey never provided us with a detailed receipt and/or warranty paperworkI'm now in the process of retaining legal counsel and had to look for another company to come and check all workmanship issuesI have also reached out to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to file a complaint against their licenseIf your home warranty company refers them, I would request a company that is more ethical and honestThey get the majority of their work from warranty companies and they love to make you come out of your pocket extra money!? *** ***

The home warranty company does not prepay us for any service callsOnce again we did not collect any money from you, therefore we can't refund any money to youPlease take this matter up with your home warranty company.? Thank you,Mike ***

We were contacted by Mr*** home warranty company to do a repair on his heaterWhen we scheduled the appointment the failure that was explained to us, was that the panel to the heater was not reading and nothing was said about a heat pumpWe don't work on heat pumps and the home warranty
company doesn't cover for heat pumpsIf Mr*** wants a refund for the $service fee, that is something that he needs to take up with his home warranty company, since they are the ones charging him the service feeThat is a contract between him and the home warranty company

We have informed the customer multiple times that our warranty is days on parts and a one year manufacturer warranty, which meets all guidelines for ArizonaTherefore it is out of our warranty period, when we tried giving the customer the manufacturer information he became very aggressive and
rude and we were unable to continue a reasonable conversation with himSince that point in time he has been vindictive, filing multiple complaints, threating lawsuits, and harassing our employees on a regular basisIf he can't control himself we will have no other choice but to file a restraining order against himThe light might not be bad, it could be a switch or GFCIWe offered to come check these items, but we won't do it for free since it's out of our warranty periodWe never offered a cash discount and all work was completed when promisedThere is nothing we can do to extend the manufacturer's warranty.? ?

Hello,? I submitted complaint ID ***? some time ago.? The business responded.? I responded to that.? The business then responded and the complaint management page says that the response from the business was submitted to the Revdex.com for review.? The page says there is nothing for me to do at this time.? It's been sitting like that for nearly a month now.? The business intentionally changed something on my pool system in order to cause me to request additional service so that they could bill my home warranty company again--which causes my home warranty company to bill me.? The pool company does not deny this in their responses but simply says that if the service seems unnecessary I should take it up with the people charging me the fee--the home warranty company.? In other words, this company is simply being dishonest so I'd like to respond to the response, but the system won't let me.? I'd like to point out that the company has now been paid the fee from the home warranty company, so there is now something to refund.? ? Thank you,*** ***? ?

The home warranty company collected the money, but that money will then be passed to the Aaron pools, therefore Aaron pools would be responsible for the refundFurthermore, the representative who can' told me they would not do anything else (no mention of a second opinion was given) and that I needed to call another company as it was an ingroung problemThis is the entire basis of my compliant, I was told incorrectly by Aaron pools that I had to call another company due to their incorrect diagnosisFurthermore, I have been told via text from *** Aaron that they have no intention of resolving this situation amicably or refunding my moneyI can provide the text if desiredLastly, no legal threat was made, I advised *** Aaron I would find a Revdex.com compliant since he was unwilling to resolve my problem and that is exactly what happened
