Review: [redacted] was my wedding photographer on 10/20/2012. I had signed a contract for 8 hours of wedding photography, a full set of proofs, $335 in print credit, digital copies of all photos with a release form for my own personal use, a coffee table book, 2 parent books, and brag books. Our contract said: The processing of the photographs should be completed approximately three to four weeks following the event. Album creation, prints, file copies and any extra requests, enlargements, or other items produced under the assignment may take longer due to outside firms processing times. It has now been 11 months, and I still do not have my prints, coffee table book, parent books, or brag books. Only after many emails have I received my proof set (05/29/2013) and cd of photos, still without a release form however (07/20/2013). At this point, the Coffe table book proof was approved by me on 07/20/2013, I have not received any proofs for the parent books or brag books. This is not an issue with the printing firms. Allison is not doing her job she promised to in the contract when it was signed. I have called, emailed her for months with no reply. The last correspondence from her was 07/16/2013. At this point, I have tried to get a refund or my merchandise that was already paid for, but I am unable to contact her to try to sort this out.Desired Settlement: I would like the coffee table book, 2 parents books, 3 brag books, and the photos from the print credit within the next 2 months. This leaves adequate time for proofing, ordering, and shipping. If this is not possible, I would like a refund for all of the merchandise I have not received, as well as the $335 so I can get prints made myself.

Review: My wedding took place on October 13, 2012. We paid Allison Viron in full by that date for a list of services in a contract one of which was a wedding photo album. It is now January 22, 2014 and we still have not received our album. I have contacted Allison numerous times trying to find out what was taking so long and she has not responded back to me since October of 2013. I have emailed and called Allison numerous times since October of 2013 and have not heard back from her in anyway. All I would like is the final item ( wedding album )that is owed to us per our contract. If she is unable to do so I would like a full refund. She was paid nearly $2500 since October 13, 2012 and 16 months later she has not fulfilled her part of the contract and will not even give a call back.Desired Settlement: I would either like my wedding photo album immediately or a full refund of the amount that was paid to Allison in 2012.

Review: I signed a contract with Allison for wedding photography. My wedding was October 6, 2012. We were supposed to receive albums, brag books, and prints as part of our package, but I have been unable to get these from her or reach her to find out what is happening. Her email address no longer works and she hasn't responded on Facebook. We received the cd of pictures but there isn't a formal release form with them so we might have trouble getting reprints (also part of the contract was the ability to get this release). I've already paid for everything but haven't gotten everything that was in the contract. This has been such a disappointment - such gorgeous pictures and we can't even use them and definitely can't have them retaken by someone else!Desired Settlement: I would like to either receive the missing items asap or get a refund and the release form so I can get all of these items elsewhere.
