Review: Before or Around March 24th on Monday. My car was dropped off to Allison's Automotive & Cycle for repair. After [redacted]'s assessment he stated that the anti-freeze coolant box had a crack in it and a replacement was needed, he made a phone call supposedly to BMW Service Parts and got a quote of $79.00 and claimed that he order the part from "BMW" which would take him about a week to a week in a half to complete. After the completion of the coolant box, the sensor light remained on which indicates that the fluid is low or some defect with the Coolant Box, although the Coolant Box was supposedly ordered New by the [redacted]. After settling the payment and bringing it to his attention that the Sensor light was still On, [redacted] stated that once driving the car on the road it would go off. Numerous calls was placed, from the initial date of service up until July 8.14. The light didn't go off a follow up call was made in which he stated, he didn't have the diagnostic tools to reset the light indicator. It was expressed of the unsatisfaction of his work and he indicated that he would call a friend that works for BMW to get the necessary tools to correct the problem and it sat for more than a week with no follow-calls or communication from [redacted], until July 7th when the car was taken back requesting that he corrects the defected part in which he installed in the car. July 9th I made a physical visit to see the progress of my car, in which he handed me a part that was broken stating that he didn't know what the"name of the part was"but pretended to call BMW in which the part would cost another $179.00,he saw my dissatisfaction and called " [redacted], Kirkwood Hwy" in which the part cost $50.00 and my Mother and I had to ride to K. Hwy to purchase the part,once we returned back with the part he was nowhere to be found, the hood and trunk of my car was open,parts everywhere and doors unlocked. When he arrived nonchalantly,asked us to get off his property, Police was called, my car was towed BMW.Desired Settlement: Total Payment Cost:I'm asking for Total Price Paid refund of Fees Paid for Repairs he failed to complete $400.00 Towing Fee $125.00Pay for Total Cost of Repairs from BMW- for repairing what he failed to repair.
