I came to this store when I first moved here from New Hampshire to buy my furnitureI sold all of my furniture knowing about this establishment and I did not want to pay for a U-HaulThe owner and his daughter were very friendly he offered me a lot of deals if I was planning on buying multiple itemsI thought I had picked the perfect place to buy my daughters and my stuffI purchased a king size bed, a king size bed frame, dressers, twin bed, book case, night stands, and a mirror around July 30th because I was moving in August 1stThe total was $1,the worst part about the situation was that he never wrote up a bill of sale or contractHe told me it would be about a week before everything came in but he could get my king and twin size mattresses and one dresser that weekend and he would throw in a box spring until the bed frame came inThe bed was extremely comfortable! However, after about weeks of sleeping on it the whole left side sunk down, the right side of the mattress was very high up so it was extremely uncomfortable since it was very unevenI am not sure what happened with this mattress but I did say something to the owner about getting a new one he said he would order a new oneI waited and called, and texted the owner and his daughter for weeksFinally some of the furniture came in and nothing was the color or even the style that I had purchasedI told him I would wait until the correct things came inI waited several more weeksEvery time I would get a different response as to why my furniture had not arrivedSometimes he would respond that it was coming in the next day and to have someone waiting for the truckI had my disabled grandmother waiting and they never showed up twiceAfter several attempts to get answers or my money back I filed a claim with my credit card to reimburse my card for $since I did receive a couple itemsMy claim finally processed and I was reimbursed the moniesHowever, now, with still no contact regarding my mattress I would like some closure as, I have had to resort to flipping over a pillow top mattress and sleeping on the wrong side to save my back from any more painThis has been the most stressful situation I have had in my lifeSo before I file a new complaint with my credit card for the $mattress I would like to try this
