I have ordered antibiotics and have always gotten them quickly and at a good price

I've been using Allivet for about months now and have purchased from them timesThey are definitely my pet pharmacy and I highly, highly recommend themShipping is always super fast and they have the best pricesI also have contacted their customer service a few times, and they have always been wonderfulI don't buy from anywhere else anymoreI also love that I am supporting a local company here in South Florida

Fraudulent AutoShip Charges
I received charges on my *** card for a prescription that Allivet has fraudulently charged my account The documentation from Allivet that *** sent me simply states that the medications are not returnable What medications? I did not receive medications, but was charged for them Furthermore, according to Allivet, if I had the prescriptions they could not be returned
I have proof that I cancelled/voided any or all products from Allivet I have documentation that Allivet was not authorized to ship any prescriptionsWithout my approval, In 2016, Allivet used my vet, my home address, and my credit card from an earlier order from
Allivet's claim is that the address and card number matched, of course they matched Since 2015, I have not moved and I still use the same *** card, but I never received any product Nevertheless, Allivet used my information from a previous order from and "auto shipped" nothing but fraudulent

I have two medications for my canine delivered on auto payNot only did I not expect to have my credit card stored in their files, not only did I expect to receive at least a couple of days notice before an order is shipped, but the price for each of the medications keeps going up and up and upWhy? Well, apparently, their prices are "subject to change"Really? Each month? Never heard of such a thing! The least that the consumer should be able to expect is that they are notified of a price increaseSo, not only do they send out an e-mail at about 1:AM to let you know that your order will be shipped, they "allow" you hours, that would be clock hours, for one to accept or refuse the order, they do this in the middle of the night! How incredible is that?! Who looks at their e-mails each and every day, pray tell? The consumer should have hours, that would be three days, to accept or decline a shipment, thus having one's credit card charged only if accepting shipmentI am very dissatisfied with the way Allivet is doing businessI do have to say, however, that their customer service representative are very well trained to be patient and to say "yes" and "I understand", and all that appeasing rhetoric

My entire experience with Allivet was horrid They have the worst customer service on the planet I was placed on hold for an hour and was still unable to reach anyone In addition, my order was not shipped for a week (my vet responded same day) and the only way I was able to reach anyone to find out the reason was to call the pharmacist They explained they were backed up-not acceptable!!!! I tried to reorder online, but the app would not allow me to, so yet again, I had to call I was assured that I was set up for auto ship...nope I called AGAIN when I didn't receive the medication and was told I couldn't be set up because they didn't have my credit card on file Needless to say, I am no longer a customer
