The business contacted me to advise that the part was in and to schedule the repair...one month after it was originally scheduled.
We had already had the repair done in a timely basis with another company.
I advised them of this.
We would still like them to refund our payment for their first visit, which resulted additional visits and no repair was ever done, no follow up contact was made, all contact was initiated by me, which then resulted in extremely poor customer service and no positive answers to when the repair would be done

Review: I contacted Allmake Appliance Center to request a repair for my freezer ice-maker. The serviceman arrived on 8/*/14 and informed me that it needed replacing. The repairman said he'd order the parts and return when they were in to install. On 8/**, the repairman returned, VERY LATE for the scheduled appointment, and informed me that the parts truck which was supposed to meet him at my house was stuck in traffic so he wouldn't be able to do the repair. He came back a few days later and still couldn't complete the repair because he said that all the correct parts were not properly ordered. The additional parts were to be in on 8/**. Since I hadn't receive a call from Allmake to schedule the installation, I called today 8/** and was informed that EVERYONE was on vacation until Tuesday of next week and that nobody was available to speak me with regarding this matter. All in all, this process, if they arrived next week, would have taken one month. This company is unreliable at best. They charged me $85 plus tax already. I am cancelling my service with them.Desired Settlement: I no longer trust doing business with this company and am requesting a refund of $90.95 already paid.

Review: I had Allmake Appliance center do a service call on March [redacted]to diagnose the problem with my Sharp microwave, the door of the micro was not opening. Today is the [redacted]of March and I haven't received a single call from them updating me on the repair time frame . Last week after my calling them several times, a man there told me they have emailed the Sharp company about the part, again since then no call from them or update, either this week or last week.

I just want my money back, so I can call an authorised Sharp serice company and pay them the service charge which I already paid to Allmake ApplianceDesired Settlement: It has been over two weeks since the serive call by them for which they charged $69.55. They have since failed to comunicate with me about what the next steps are in the repair of my microwave, and now after two weeks, refuse to answer my phone call. I have also spoken to Sharp, the microwave company, and they said they provide all parts and information to repair companies. I just want my money back so I can contact a more professsional company to repair my microwave.

Review: On 10/**/13 I paid Allmake Appliance Center ([redacted]; [redacted]) $176.10 to repair 3 appliances in my home -- my Kitchenaid refridgerator, Viking range, and Zephyr hood. The refridgerator needed a new control panel, the range needed a new spark plus module, and the hood needed a new display panel. It has been over 1 month and Allmake has not repaired anything. They don't return phone calls or provide a status on repairs -- I finally got a hold of someone on the phone and they have given me excuses that parts have either been discontinued or are on backorder. I needed my appliances fixed, so called a different repair company, [redacted] service center out of Fairfield, NJ who was able to fix and service the appliances quickly and professionally. The competitive service provider did not have any trouble obtaining parts. Allmake Appliance Center is scamming customers by charging "trip fees", collecting a lot of money for a 15 minute visit and never intending to return to repair the appliances.Desired Settlement: I would like to see my $176.10 refunded since Allmake has not repaired any appliance, and it has been over 1 month since they showed up.
