Before this review, I will volunteer that if a negative "stars" rating could be given, I would do just thatI received a call to schedule the delivery to my home of some expensive Italian tilesFallon agreed to deliver on the scheduled day between and 8pmThey were given two telephone numbers, and both phones were left on, and by my side, as I waited for Fallon to call (I was instructed that Fallon would call 1/hour before delivery)I left the front light on, and even illuminated the large, 8-inch numbers mounted on my front stepsFallon did not call, and did not arriveRight after 8pm, I called them and left a message, asking someone to call and explain where my delivery isA little after 9pm, a man called back, explaining that "the truck had a flat"He offered to reschedule delivery for the next day, between and 8pmI agreedThe next day, I receive a call, again instructing me to reschedule the deliveryI called Fallon to ask why this had to be done, again, and was told that the man who had already rescheduled the previous night, had no authority to do soAt this moment, the receptionist doesn't know about the "flat tire" explanationShe abruptly leaves the phone to find out why the delivery was not completed, and after about minutes, picks up to tell me that "the customer (me) wasn't home"THIS IS TWO LIES, and she doesn't careI'm getting angry, as the receptionist tells me that I cannot have my merchandise before Saturday (four days later)She tells me that if Saturday doesn't work, that they won't deliver until after Thanksgiving (another week later)Because Fallon is not far from here, I eventually went to pick up my own merchandiseAs the gorillas in shipping handled my boxes, one of them dropped two boxes (remember, this is Italian marble tile) from a few inches, to the groundLater, several tiles were found damaged, and two of the boxes were torn/ damagedDon't ever have your items shipped by these peopleThey are bad newsFallon=Failure

Fallon agreed to deliver on the scheduled day between 4 and 8pm. They were given two telephone numbers, and both phones were left on, and by my side, as I waited for Fallon to call (I was instructed that Fallon would call 1/2 hour before delivery). I left the front light on, and even illuminated the large, 8-inch numbers mounted on my front steps.
Fallon did not call, and did not arrive.
Right after 8pm, I called them and left a message, asking someone to call and explain where my delivery is. A little after 9pm, a man called back, explaining that "the truck had a flat". He offered to reschedule delivery for the next day, between 4 and 8pm. I agreed.
The next day, I receive a call, again instructing me to reschedule the delivery. I called Fallon to ask why this had to be done, again, and was told that the man who had already rescheduled the previous night, had no authority to do so.
At this moment, the receptionist doesn't know about the "flat tire" explanation. She abruptly leaves the phone to find out why the delivery was not completed, and after about 5 minutes, picks up to tell me that "the customer (me) wasn't home".
THIS IS TWO LIES, and she doesn't care.
I'm getting angry, as the receptionist tells me that I cannot have my merchandise before Saturday (four days later). She tells me that if Saturday doesn't work, that they won't deliver until after Thanksgiving (another week later).
Because Fallon is not far from here, I eventually went to pick up my own merchandise. Don't ever have your items shipped by these people. They are bad news.
Fallon=Failure.

Fallon Moving & Storage was 3rd party contracted to remove wet items from this home after a pipe froze and flooded the main living / kitchen areas.[redacted] insurance handled this claim for [redacted]. It is our understanding that the heat had been shut off prior to the occurrence in...

January 2014.  We were contracted by[redacted] who was the appraiser on site. The main living area was iced over due the extreme cold. The Fallon team packed and loaded items and brought them into our storage facility in[redacted] during the restoration of the home. I ([redacted]) personally surveyed the home which was in very rough shape due to the water damage. Any and all damage to the items would have occurred prior to our arrival and beyond our control. We inventoried the items and took exceptions for damage during the pick up.  It is our opinion that any additional claims be filed with their insurance company.
