Review: Today I called All Med Medical to get my medical records my primary care doctor retired All Med Medical was very unprofessional and very unwilling to find my medical records or even find out where my medical files were transferred to. I asked to speak with the office manager several times before I was transferred. Still yet to find no end to help from anyone, they are very unprofessional and told me the dont have the medical records and I need to find the agency that had them but as I had already told the I was transferred to them. Yet I still find myself without my medical records and no idea how to find them. The staff there are very rude and raise there voice to you when they no longer want to listen to you. Also the the appointments are given over 6 months out it is very hard to even get in to see the doctor. I would not recomend this doctor to anyone.Desired Settlement: I would just like to get my medical records so I can have piece of mind.
