Ordered online for oil lines for my Viper. Was given a tracking# that was never updated. They said that they will send an email to the warehouse. I asked if its not quickwr to call them and me for a fatser response (having in mind almost 1 month of waiting already). No answer. Was later told USPS must have missed to scan the shippment. After approx 1 month I complained and they told me they ship the parts again, I asked for how long it will take, no answer. I asked again and also incurage them to call me. No phone call. I the said I wilm cancel the order and requested refund as to their none existing customer service. They then complained that they have special ordered the parts for me and indicated it was my fault. No excuse what so ever. Never a call nor coming back to my questions. I actually asked them to at least give me some kind of excuse. None at all, instead they only indicated it was my fault. Mike and Jose at "allmoparparts.com" was my so called customer support. Still waiting for my refund in order to order my parts elsewere. Worse customer relation ever seen and heard about. Strange they are allowed to treat their customer like this. I will for sure never order from them again

 The issue is the company advertised the necessary harness that was no longer available.  They supplied a link to the other company stating on their website, the harness was necessary.  Because of their poor communications with the vendor they were advertising, they will not refund me the full amount of my purchase.  I was the one who had to inform allmoparparts.com that the vendor was no longer in business.  I should not be punished for their communication issues.

Order $50 floor mats + charged $20 shipping (only option)

Floor mats must be returned in original package with 15% restocking fee.
To ship back in original box cost over $100.
All this equals a screwed customer.

We would have gladly refunded our customer if the parts were not installed. The customer chose to begin the installation process for this portion of the parts while he was waiting for the harness from the other vendor. Installed or used parts cannot be accepted for return. This policy is stated...

Once again, If the parts were unused in original packaging we would have gladly provided a full refund. You chose to jump the gun without having all parts for the kit and begin installation. Once a part is installed/used we can no longer accept it for a refund. The unused items that were returned to us have been refunded back to you today.

Review: I ordered a reverse camera kit for a 2014 dodge ram. On the allmoparparts.com website where it lists the reverse camera kit for the truck and year, it also lists an additional custom harness available here link. I ordered the harness but never received it. Through my own investigation, it was discovered that the person who makes the custom harness had passed away. I contacted [redacted] from allmoparparts.com and advised him of the situation. He stated he was not aware of the issue and would look into it. He confirmed the person had passed and if I wished for a refund, to return the camera. I advised him I installed the camera into the handle in anticipation of the harness arrival, but the handle and wires were never installed on the truck. He refused to give a refund for the entire kit, and stated he could not refund the camera. I advised him the only reason I purchased the kit was because they offered the custom wire harness. Due to their poor communications with the other company, they continued to advertise the mandatory harness even after the owner of the other company passed away. They refused to issue any refund after I explained this in depth. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund the full price of the kit.

Review: I purchased the right side camshaft from them for my 2002 Dodge Dakota 4.7 engine and was searching for the left camshaft. I contacted numerous places including AllMoparParts.com and my local Dodge dealer. No one has the left side available, and I was told it was on back order with no estimate of a availability date. I then contacted allmoparparts.com about returning the right side that I purchased from them and was told that's fine, but it maybe subject to a 15% restocking fee which I understood and was ok with. The package the camshaft was in was never opened by me and was returned exactly the way I received it and now they're telling me it's a used camshaft!? Seeing as the package was still sealed they're either looking at the wrong camshaft, sent me a used part in the first place, or are trying to pull something. I've contacted them several times via email and have got nothing but a run around. I had even sent them a picture of the camshaft package the day I shipped it showing the package still intact!Desired Settlement: Refund to my credit card for the full purchase price!
