September 1, Dear [redacted] , RE: ID# [redacted] After looking over this file once again we have concluded that our job for Mrand Mrs [redacted] had been completed satisfactorily Not only did they get their home remediated and restored, they added thousands of dollars in upgrades at the expense of our company Up to this point we have done everything in our power to satisfy this customer and we feel that their continuous attempts to take advantage of our company must stop Job Break Down: The total cost for the job was 26, Less deductible Less water damage remediation & removals Less our cost for the cabinets before labor That left a total of 15,for the entire rebuild, materials and labor, as follows: The value of the upgraded “Walnut Cherry” cabinets that were purchased was With our contractor discounts, we actually paid 3767.97, leaving 15,for: Tile and Hardie backer for both upstairs bathrooms; installing 200’ of baseboard, installing and staining both toe kicks in two upstairs bathrooms; resetting two toilets and replacing guts in both (replacing the guts was added by the customer); repairing vanity drawer (also added by customer); painting upstairs bathroom walls, ceiling, trim; replacing carpet pad, stretching and cleaning carpet in upstairs hallway and bedrooms; repairs to the sub-floor in the master bath caused by water damage unrelated to the claim; painting the downstairs hallway, living room, kitchen, and laundry room walls, ceiling and trim; SF of drywall for replacement of the ceiling in the kitchen; replacing three light fixtures; installing new counter tops and bar tops; reframing pony walls and cabinet walls; high-end backsplash in the kitchen; installing new sink and faucet; installing garbage disposal; raising all electrical fixtures in kitchen to allow for counter top backsplash; installing old dish washer; moving and covering all contents of house This is to name a few of the services we provided The cabinets took four weeks in production and we had to reorder twice due to a pony wall that was not framed properly by the builder The job did take longer than estimated, but that is a fact that we always bring notice to, especially when dealing with multiple special order products We noticed that the customer’s settlement request has changed from inspecting cabinet ISSUES (which we are unclear about), clean spilled paint and tile clean (which had already been done), to a cash settlement of 8,100.00-13, We are denying this settlement as well, as we believe this settlement is not only extreme but unwarranted! We have decided to stand firm in our decisions, and repeat that there is nothing more we can possibly do for this customer Thank you for helping us bring this case to a close It’s been a pleasure working with you Respectfully, All Nation Restoration, LLC

August 11, 2014
Dear [redacted]:
RE: ID# [redacted]
This letter is in response to a complaint filed by a Mr. [redacted] at [redacted]. I will address the complaints in the order they are written on the letter from [redacted].
1.    [redacted] or All Nation never received checks directly from the insurance company. The dollar amount for the water mitigation and for the rebuild where combined in one check and issued to [redacted] and he, in turn, signed them over to us. There were two other payments that followed that one. One was the depreciation and the other a supplement payment for additional repairs that came up during the job. All checks were issued to him after he spoke to the insurance company and then were signed over to us. We requested a copy of the adjustment, which includes an itemized breakdown of the job, but our request was denied by Mr. [redacted].
2.    A list of items that needed to be chosen was given to [redacted] and his wife. For example: Paint, Tile Master Bath, Tile Backsplash, Cabinets, Tile Guest Bath, Countertops... etc. [redacted] accompanied the [redacted]s to multiple stores to assist them in choosing materials that where same quality as the materials that were removed. This is where a lot of the problems began to occur. [redacted] and his wife would choose high end products and would become very upset when told that if that product was bought it would cost them more money. They would yell and state very clearly that the customer was always right and what the customer wants the customer should get. They would throw a fit and threaten [redacted] until they got the products they wanted. This went on throughout the job. It was as though they expected to remodel the house with all the upgrades they had on their wish list without paying extra. [redacted] went above and beyond to satisfy [redacted] and his wife and every product was chosen by them and delivered to the house. All money received was used to repair their home.
3.    [redacted] was never aware of violence on the job. He was aware of high tension and was approached daily with complaints from his crew. The job was made very stressful by the fact that [redacted] and his wife would stand two feet behind [redacted]'s guys and watch them work. This led to the guys becoming

stressed which led to minor mistakes being made. Which were pointed out very quickly by [redacted] and his wife before his guys were given a chance to correct them. [redacted] and his wife would point fingers, yell, place blame on others and demand in very aggressive tones that it be corrected. Then would continue to stand two feet away while issues were corrected. This went on day in and day out. Throughout the jobs the guys worked in a professional manner to complete the job.
4.  Paper work for the items purchased and the price of each item was never asked for. [redacted] and his wife chose every piece of material on the job and where aware of the price of each. Also no warranty was provided on this job.
5.  [redacted] never lied about being bonded and insured. He was never asked.
6.  [redacted] was given a key to the house and given permission to come and go as he pleased. Notice was given to [redacted] and his wife before and after work was going on. The key was returned when work was completed.
7.  At the end of the job [redacted] asked [redacted] and his wife to take one last look at the job and place blue tape on the areas of concern. [redacted] and his crew went through and corrected each problem without hesitation. After doing so they were thanked by [redacted] and his wife and were informed by them that the job was done.
8.  The only two issues that [redacted] was aware of [redacted] requesting after the job was done was: 1. the cut for the microwave plug inside the cabinet above the microwave was a little off. [redacted] was informed of the fact that the cut for the plug above the microwave being off is common when going back with new cabinets. There is a standard cut and there is no repairing it. 2. [redacted] was called to go out and look at the sink faucet. The sprayer hose was catching on something preventing it from being pulled all the way out. That is what he was told by [redacted] agreed to go fix it and was given a number to text the scheduled date. [redacted] texted that number multiple times and never received a response so a date to go out was never confirmed.
9.  Neither [redacted] nor his guys has any recollection of any paint/stain being spilled on the countertops. The countertops where always covered and protected while work was being done on or around them. When asked for photos of the damage none were provided.
10.     The cabinets where installed properly per manufactures instructions. They were even customized to make up for a pony wall that was off and areas that were not satisfactory to [redacted] and his wife. [redacted] is unaware of any arguments; only [redacted] and his wife's negative attitudes during the whole job.
11.     The cabinets that [redacted] had in his kitchen prior the water damage were builders grade cabinets composed of particle board and MDF. Very low end Cabinets. [redacted] and his wife requested high end Shenandoah Cabinets from Lowes. They were triple the cost of builder grade cabinets. When
told they would have to pay more, the finger pointing began. When asked what was liked about the cabinets they said they liked the arcs and the fact that they were solid wood. [redacted] went to his vendor and found a cabinet that met the criteria (but still over budget). A sample of the cabinet was given to [redacted] and his wife and [redacted] was told that they loved it and were happy that the cabinets were solid wood and not MDF. Profit was once again sacrificed to please [redacted] and his wife. Additional money for the cabinets was never requested to the insurance company.
12. Violence is not tolerated in our company, nor discrimination and we strive day in and day out to help our customers through the difficult times of having their home flooded, dried out and rebuilt.
Our belief on this job is that [redacted] and his wife took advantage of the process by using [redacted] and the insurance company money to upgraded their home without having to pay any additional out of pocket.
Upgrades to the home consisted of, but are not limited to, the items below:
1.  Cabinets upgraded to high quality solid wood. High quality Hardware on cabinets (no hardware was on cabinets before the flood). A Lazy Susan was installed. Extra drawer bases with soft closer drawers. A wall was extended to allow for more upper cabinet storage.
2.  Countertops upgraded with 41n backsplash with waterfall profile on both the countertop and the backsplash (there was no profiled edge or 4in backsplash before the flood). Going back in with the 4in backsplash caused [redacted]'s crew to have to raise the height of both the pony walls and raise the height of every wall plug along the cabinets.
3.  Before the flood there was a low end 4"x4" white ceramic backsplash around the countertops. [redacted] and his wife demanded that we purchase and install a high end mosaic glass tile. Which was six times the cost of the original material. There were more cuts more money and more time involved in this intricate backsplash. They were informed before install that the tile would magnify any imperfections in the wall structure or the wall itself when installed and they gave us the go ahead. The wall slightly bowed in numerous areas and when they saw this they demanded that we remove the tile and fix the wall. They would continue to yell and argue until the issue was corrected.
4.  The old sink and faucet were supposed to be removed and reinstalled. [redacted] bought a new sink but demanded that we buy a new faucet. So a new high end faucet was bought and installed.
5.  There were three low end light fixtures in the kitchen that, after talking to the adjuster, needed to be replaced. The insurance allowed replacement cost but [redacted] and his wife once again choose high end light fixtures and demanded that we buy them and install them. High end light fixtures were bought and installed.

6. The same thing happened with the microwave and for the tile bordering the bath tub in the master bathroom.
Settlement:
Our request for settlement has been denied. The tile and carpet were professionally cleaned after completion of the job. If settlement is pursed further or harassment of our company persists, we will request that the total cost for all the upgrades be paid in full.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
After reading the response from All-Nation, most of them is clearly fabricated. Overall, [redacted] had failed to take time to communicate with us on every detail. We had been at our best to communicate and to keep our communication in line with every detail. We had no difficulty communicating with Mexican crew. We had spent our time with our visiting friend and also spent outgoing. Once in a while, my wife and I were needed to take a look at their work.

Ben of All Nation had encouraged me to convince the adjustor about getting new carpet even though I had removed a year before the water flooding. I understand they had wanted to install new floor. I had chosen not to convince the adjustor. My wife had informed me that she had answered the questions asked by the adjustor that there had been no carpet in the living room and dining room at the time of flooding. On the same night of flooding, All-Nation had requested me to call the insurance to send an adjustor to come to our home. My wife and I had also been advised to stay at the hotel by All-Nation to avoid any possibly health issue.

The insurance had offered us to stay in a hotel for a few week. With a few week, we had stopped by our home to picked up more stuff and paperwork and recognized cabinets, ceiling bathroom tile and etc. had been removed except for upper cabinet. That was the process of drying-out stage (that had been covered by the insurance) A few week later, we had noticed the more work had been done that upper cabinets had been removed, but lights had been left on and back doors had been left unlocked. We had waited for the job began, but the adjustor and I had ongoing conversation of the conversation between [redacted]. The adjustor had stated that [redacted]' estimate had been too high. The adjustor had mentioned that the insurance would provide the contact of a contractor to do the rest of the job (restoration). [redacted] had stated that the insurance company would give me nightmare if I would choose to listen to the adjustor. [redacted] had mentioned that his crew would do everything to make our home look good and to make our home investment great, which had enough to convince me to select ALL-Nation. [redacted] had also mentioned that All-Nation had insurance and bond even without bringing papers to show me. Afterward, we had driven by to check our house, but All-Nation had not began the restoring stage. I had communicated with [redacted] thru text message. A list of items that needed to be chosen was given to my wife and me. We had not sure which material will the insurance cover, so [redacted] had led us to within the range of materials. While we had been discussed over cabinets, [redacted] had been in hurry to leave for his son's birthday party. We had not had enough communication since there had been questions to be answered. We were not fully communicated on materials and prices of materials.
[redacted] and his crew had not arrived to start the restoring job until between end of Sept. and the beginning of Oct. 2013. The insurance had informed that the job would been done in few weeks (completed in Sept.). At first, the insurance had given us until mid-Sept. to stay at the hotel, but the job had not began. The insurance had given us first chance to stay until end of Sept. 2013. When we had stopped by to check to make sure everything is secured, but my wife noticed that there was wrong color of gout between tiles in master bathroom, I had called [redacted] to explain to [redacted] had apologized and had it corrected. [redacted] had designed to bring in new cabinets while had his wife to our house. The walls had been painted.  New tiles in two bathrooms had been installed. Ceiling had been installed. [redacted] and his crew had installed cabinets. A countertop had been installed where an old sink had been replaced with new sink with new facet installed. The first pony tail which was attached to it had not been an issue except [redacted] had suggested to raised about 4 inches resolved between electricity outlets and countertop. The insurance had given us second chance to stay until 18th of Oct. 2013. The insurance had clearly that the job must been done by mid-Oct. 2013. I continued to communicate with [redacted] and hoped that the job would be done by Oct. 18, 2013. Afterward, I had called to requested for more time to stay at the hotel, but the insurance had decided not to give me another chance. We had returned to our house even though the house not been ready. [redacted] had brought more cabinets for second pony tail, but there had been conflicts with size of cabinets. [redacted] had stated that a guy named [redacted] (who had been the first person arriving or house promptly) had left All-Nation had removed the damaged cabinets. [redacted] had stated that [redacted] had not explain what the original damaged cabinets looked like. [redacted] had recommended to my wife and me the change of design of the sitting cabinets along second pony tail and stove and microwave oven. I had requested [redacted] that my wife and I would rather wanted to have damaged cabinets replaced to remain the same as had been before the water flooding. There had been a wrong fixture in the kitchen. [redacted] had replaced the fixture, but a black sticky strip had been stuck on the ceiling, even though an instruction stated that the strip must been sticked to the edge of a fixture. The ceiling had been ruined, I had requested politely to remove a black sticker from the ceiling and redo the job. After the ceiling job had been done, but the ceiling looked funny and it looked like warp. I had requested to redo. It had been redone three times until it finally resolved. [redacted] had stated that it was hard to be resolved. We had been out to dining out and had our expenses of meals all the times during the ongoing job. The cabinet job had not been continued until they had return mid-Dec. They had continued until they had left before Dec. 25, but had not completed as expected. Size of cabinets had still been issues like [redacted] had brought them, but realized they had not fit right and returned them. During Dec. and Jan. holiday, we had not be able to use the kitchen because there were missing cabinets, countertop of the pony tail. There had been no electricity in the kitchen, I had called [redacted] to come down to get electricity in the kitchen back on. He had came and been struggled for a while. I had request that the job be done before Feb., but [redacted] said that the countertop had problem with employment. [redacted] had finally delivered cabinets into the kitchen. We noticed that cabinets were still in wrong sizes. [redacted] had again mentioned that he would not be able to restore to original. He said that [redacted] who was the one that had removed cabinet had quit working for All-Nation. I had told him just to replaced cabinets and not changed to what [redacted] had suggested. In few weeks, one of the of cabinets he had to returned it to make adjustment to fit where natural gas pipe could fit into the back of the cabinet.
[redacted] and crew had mistaken removed the tile (which is matched to the tile of the floor) from the side of a tube in the master bathroom. The adjustor had stated that tile on the side of tube had not been covered. I had called to inform the insurance that All Nation had mistakenly removed the tile from the side of the tube. The insurance had continued to cover because the tile on the side was matched to the tile of the floor.
I had not been requested for a copy of the adjustment, which includes an itemized breakdown of the job. [redacted] had requested me to contacted the insurance to request for more money to cover stairway and other.
[redacted] had requested to made change to cabinet. I had told [redacted] that my wife and I would rather to have damaged cabinets replaced and have cabinets to be restore to original. [redacted] had noticed being frustrated with our decision to have cabinets replaced. [redacted] had cut the new countertop. I had asked [redacted] what happened to the sharp scratch on a new countertop.
[redacted] had also been informed of violence on the job.
Paper work for the items purchased and the price of each item was never asked for. I had been informed of warranty for cabinets.
[redacted] and crew had left water running outside and it had flooded to my neighborhood.
The key had not been returned since the key had been left under a brick since Feb.
There is still blue taped on the areas of concern, but are not finished since Feb.
There is a big hole on the back of the cabinet above the microwave oven.
The sprayer hose had still been stuck and unable to pull to expected length, but [redacted] had never shown up to correct. It has been preventing it from being pulled all the way out.
[redacted] had arguments with me and Jose had spilled stain on the countertop. The argument over well-stained of the cabinets. The cabinets had not been well-stained.
The cabinets where installed improperly.  [redacted] had been visibly frustrated because he had not be able to restore cabinets to original which is understandable the most difficult area.
A sample of the cabinet had been shown to us, but not matched with our current cabinets. There had been rarely discussion of cost of material.
Cabinets look like had not been upgraded to high quality solid wood to match with Orchard Cherry Spice cabinets at Lowe's. We had never heard of "A Lazy Susan". Premium Cabinets is the business name after the crew gave me a business card while assisting with cabinet issues. The name of a guy had been given to me is Mr. [redacted] that I also had conversation thru email. He had mentioned that [redacted] had purchased from him. I am not sure what is extra drawer bases with soft closer drawer. A wall was extended to allow for more upper cabinet storage because the upper cabinet is wider than original. We had not requested to extended the wall until [redacted] had admitted he had purchased the wrong width of the cabinet.
Current glass mosaic in the kitchen was three times the cost of the original material.
There two areas which were not done professional since they are not as flat as most of them.
[redacted] had suggest to have old sink/faucet replaced with new sink and faucet. We had asked [redacted] whether will new sink and faucet be covered. [redacted] said, "they are covered." We went ahead to pick out.
[redacted] had suggested to have light fixtures replaced. We had selected and we had texted messaged picture of fixtures.
The tile bordering the bath tub in the master bathroom since grout is in bronze crown border and bronze liner. I had requested to clean out grout, but did not complete.
[redacted] and crew had been at our house for nearly six months even though the insurance had mentioned that it would take a few week to complete the job. requested us to return our house after 1 and half month staying at the hotel. We had barely cook for 4 and half months while waiting to see the kitchen back to full operation. The job is not completed since left in Feb. 2014. Also, I had been told that [redacted] had informed to the insurance that the job had been finished even though the job had not be finished and we had not been informed of [redacted]' conversation with the insurance.
[redacted] had installed a light fixture in the kitchen, but he had it returned and there was a black sticky strip stuck on the ceiling. I had requested to remove the black sticky strip from the ceiling. I had read an instruction the the black strip should be on the fixture (not on the ceiling) that is why It has ruined the ceiling. [redacted] had crew to redo the ceiling for three times. The first redo, the ceiling had looked funny and terrible. [redacted] said that it had been hard to correct the issue. His crew had plastic bag to cover the kitchen to prevent us from breathing dust while crew redoing the ceiling. This had been three times. We had been prevent from using kitchen once in a while. That forced my family to dine out for next 4 and half months.
Too many mistakes, some had been corrected and others have not. My checks should not cover any mistake.
The adjustor had stated that the total should be about $21,000 that included HIGH QUALITY cabinets, but [redacted] had picked up checks of $27,000.
I am aware that disability is under protection of State of Texas, therefore violence against any disability is illegal. Sign languages are not violent like [redacted] had mentioned. Deaf facial expressions and body languages are not also violence. My wife has disability and also has another disability. I have disability and also have another one.
[redacted]' crew had not been allowed to take any short break and any lunch that crew deserved which is part of the high estimate. We had purchased hug meals from Subway to make sure they are well-fed. One of these crew had his finger cut with a broken glass mosaic and had it bandaged. His blood had been dripped everywhere. Also another of crew had nearly cut his finder on a table saw. I had been concerned of their safety.

The cost of 16 x 16" tile on the floor of both bathrooms is $2.59 per piece, $ 55.17 per unit (carton). Model ID: [redacted]
Backsplash for side of the tub in the bathroom: Bronze crown border, 9 pieces had been installed. Each is 1" x 8" and is 4.98 per piece. Bronze Liner, 12 pieces had been installed at the edge along Bronze crown border. Each is 3" x 8" and is $3.69.
Glass mosaic: each is 12"x12" and is 11.98. Had been installed 16"x50" along bronze crown border and bronze liner. The total should be about $60.00.
Backsplash for kitchen wall: Glass Mosaic, 12"x12" for 14.98, approximate 16 pieces had been installed comparing to old tile of ceramic mosaic which was $2.55 per piece of 12"x12". The height of wall between upper cabinets and countertop is between 16".  The total should be about $240.00.
Sink was approximate $ 109, Faucet was $128, Light fixture in a dining room is $99, Light fixture above the sink in the kitchen is $54.99, Light fixture of 48" end cap wrap in brass in the kitchen is $109.
Decorative Hardware for cabinets, Antique Bronze Pull, 3218AB, $9.59 each, 32 pieces. The total is approx. $320.00. [redacted] had stated that the total is nearly $500.00.
Cabinets at Lowes is Orchard, Cherry Spice, 10'x10' is $3,027.00. The total I measured should be nearly $5,000 even thought [redacted] had stated the total is close to $9,000.00.
These materials are not very expensive as [redacted] had stated since he had not given me copy of list of material with prices. [redacted] and his crew had been our house for nearly 6 months. That is long enough to get the job perfect.
These cabinets are not the ones we had selected are not high quality which is different from the sample that [redacted] had brought to us. The true high quality for 10 feet by 10 feet (upper and lower) cabinets at Lowes is nearly $3,027. 00.

Settlement:
The adjustor had been right about [redacted]' estimate was too high. The job should be done approx. three weeks. Six months is too long even though job is not completed. I believe that the total for these cabinets in the kitchen is between $1,000 and $2,000 which is not included labor. Our request to have a cabinet specialist from another cabinet company to inspect the cabinets to determine the value and what needs to be done, possibly replaced with correct selected cabinets. Backsplash in the master bathroom need to be done which is minor. There is minor damage which caused during dry-out stage. There are blue tapes which are not done. Spilled paint on stairway rail needs to be removed. I ask for paperwork of every purchased piece with prices to be turned over to me. I ask for job warranty which [redacted] had offered before the job that [redacted] had taken away job warranty from me to be extended. Crew from a cabinets business had stated that cabinets are still under warranty which [redacted] has ignored. Overall, I believe that between 30% and 50% of $27,000 should be refunded.

Dear [redacted],
            RE: ID# [redacted]
After looking over this file once again we have concluded that our job for Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] had been completed satisfactorily.
Not only did they get their home remediated and restored, they added thousands of dollars in upgrades at the expense of our company.  Up to this point we have done everything in our power to satisfy this customer and we feel that their continuous attempts to take advantage of our company must stop.
Job Break Down:
The total cost for the job was    26,834.82
Less                                            1000.00 deductible
Less                                      ...    6080.15 water damage remediation & removals
Less                                      ...    3767.97 our cost for the cabinets before labor
That left a total of                      15,986.70 for the entire rebuild, materials and labor, as follows:
The value of the upgraded “Walnut Cherry” cabinets that were purchased was 8702.02. With our contractor discounts, we actually paid 3767.97, leaving 15,986.70 for:

Tile and Hardie backer for both upstairs bathrooms; installing 200’ of baseboard, installing and staining both toe kicks in two upstairs bathrooms; resetting two toilets and replacing guts in both (replacing the guts was added by the customer); repairing vanity drawer (also added by customer); painting upstairs bathroom walls, ceiling, trim; replacing carpet pad, stretching and cleaning carpet in upstairs hallway and bedrooms;  repairs to the sub-floor in the master bath caused by water damage unrelated to the claim;  painting the downstairs hallway, living room, kitchen, and laundry room walls, ceiling and trim; 350 SF of drywall for replacement of the ceiling in the kitchen; replacing three light fixtures; installing new counter tops and bar tops; reframing pony walls and cabinet walls; high-end backsplash in the kitchen;  installing new sink and faucet; installing garbage disposal; raising all electrical fixtures in kitchen to allow for counter top backsplash; installing old dish washer; moving and covering all contents of house…
This is to name a few of the services we provided.  The cabinets took four weeks in production and we had to reorder twice due to a pony wall that was not framed properly by the builder.  The job did take longer than estimated, but that is a fact that we always bring notice to, especially when dealing with multiple special order products.
We noticed that the customer’s settlement request has changed from inspecting cabinet ISSUES (which we are unclear about), clean spilled paint and tile clean (which had already been done), to a cash settlement of 8,100.00-13,500.00.  We are denying this settlement as well, as we believe this settlement is not only extreme but unwarranted!
We have decided to stand firm in our decisions, and repeat that there is nothing more we can possibly do for this customer.

Thank you for helping us bring this case to a close
It’s been a pleasure working with you.

Respectfully,
All Nation Restoration, LLC

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: the job is clearly fraud and statement is fabricated.
I had wrote a check of 1,000 dollars for deductible. [redacted] had also received the full amount from the insurance, but he had repeatedly demanded for more money to
finish the cabinet job. [redacted]' crew had left unfinsihed business.

In Fall 2013, we had selected Orchard Cherry Spice. [redacted] had mentioned that the total would be 10,000 dollars. The total for the new cabinets is nearly 7,000 dollars. The value of the cabinet which had been installed is still between 1,000 and 2,000 dollars plus labor. The cabinets are cheap. It is not Walnut Cherry since the touch up is very dark and is conflicted with the color of the cabinet. The cabinet is cheap and not high quailty. [redacted] had asked us to pick out the cabinets at Lowes. Our selection was Orchard Cherry Spice. Cabinets were not installed properly and professionally. The cabinets have not been upgraded. They are still not well-stained as original cabinets had been well-stained. [redacted] had never mentioned of discount. Cabinet looks horrbile and not professionally installed. Cabinets are not well stained. Again, the color looks horrible. [redacted] had arguement with me for months since [redacted] had not be able to restore to orginal, [redacted] had gotten frustrated and cut the new countertop. [redacted] had not admitted about intentionally cutting the countertop, but had not gotten it replaced. The countertop on the cabinet by the pony wall is not built to the original.
There is no Hardie backer for backsplash.

There is nearly installed 48’ of baseboard.
Both toe kicks in two upstairs bathrooms were not stained and improperly installed as mentioned to be stained in the claim. The original toe kick had been well stained and properly installed. There is no support behind toe kicks as original to prevent from easily bending.
I have never heard of guts. No one knows what are the guts. We had never added guts. Crew had not replaced them.
Replacing vanity drawers (also added by customer) is purely fabricated. It is not inclded in the claim. We have never had vanity drawers added. We still have orginal bathroom sinks.
Repairing to the sub-floor in the master bath caused by water damage is RELATED to the claim since sub-floor had been removed by [redacted]' crew.
[redacted]' crew had removed tile on the side of the bathroom even though it had not been part of the claim.
No carpet pad replaced as mentioned in the claim. The entire carpet had not been cleaned. The downstairs hallway caused paint spilled on carpet and on wooden rail.
[redacted] had suggested to have light fixtures replaced for safety. They weren't part of claim.
Nearly 210 SF of drywall for replacement of the ceiling in the kitchen. Ceil had been redone a three times after [redacted] mistaken ruined the ceiling. The ceiling had
been warped not as rest of the ceiling. [redacted] had used money from insurnace to redo the ceiling three times.
There is no high-end backsplash in the kitchen since we have glass Mosaic backsplash which is reasonable cheaper.
[redacted] had recommended raising all electrical fixtures in kitchen to allow for counter top backsplash which is not part of the claim.
[redacted]' crew had not installed the dishwasher properly. Damaged had been done, but had not been repaired.
The pony wall had been framed professionally by the builder. We had no issue with original pony wall. [redacted] had been having difficulty dealing for months. He said that it is a new to him and unable to figure the proper size since one of his crew had removed cabinets had quit the job had not informed [redacted]. He had demanded for more money. I have an estimate from the adjustor that it had been settled between the adjustor and [redacted]. The insurnace had decided not to pay more and requested me to leave the hotel by mid-Oct.
I can detail that [redacted] and his crew had issues. [redacted] had upset my family with electricity issue since [redacted] had left electricity not function.
We had lack of electricity thru Thanksgivien weekend and Winter holiday.
Since [redacted] had not able to get the job done until [redacted] and his crew had left unfinished job. This is considered vindication against disabilities.
[redacted] had not given us paperwork of details even though he had refused to mention his last name.
We had been told of no multiple special order products. All materials had been purchased in a nearby store.
"We noticed that the customer’s settlement request has changed from inspecting cabinet ISSUES (which we are unclear about), clean spilled paint and tile clean (which
had already been done), to a cash settlement of 8,100.00-13,500.00.  We are denying this settlement as well, as we believe this settlement is not only extreme but
unwarranted!"  We had not had discussed settlement until filing with Revdex.com.
Before the job started, [redacted] had mentioned that job would be under warranty. Since the warranty had been voided, we have demanded 70 percent refunded since job has been left unfinished. The refund will be delivered to another business which will replace the cabinets with selected cabinet to fit within the estimate and finish where [redacted]' crew have left. We have decided to stand firm in our decisions.
[redacted] had another job at my neighborhood. He had droven his truck up on our front and destroyed the water sprinklers while working at nieghtborhood even without
informing us. This is clearly cruel to the disabilities. This is considered as vandication. The damaged needs to be repaired per estimate from water irrigation.
Regards,
[redacted]
