The laptop was sold to me in poor working condition. The laptop would not turn off when I disconnected the plug. I used the computer anyway because it still worked. I don't have expertise with how long a battery will work if the laptop does not turn off. I trusted that the laptop would continue to work because I paid a large amount of money for it. I believed that I got a good quality laptop for my hard earned money, which is why I do not want to pay another large amount of money for a computer that was not in good working condition upon purchase. I did not drop my computer or damage it in my back pack. The computer was safely placed between paper away from impact outside or inside my back pack. When I gave [redacted] my laptop he did not see damage. It was there when I purchased the computer. The laptop would not turn off when unplugged which indicated that the laptop had a malfunction when I purchased it.I don not know anything about a missing screw. Screws come out when you unscrew them. And I did not unscrew it.I need my laptop for work. I trusted that it would work because it cost so much. Now I don't have a laptop for work. And I am out $200. [redacted] wants more money.

some kind of geforce impacting. Further, the laptop will not power on if battery connected to the system (this battery pack is an internal module) this indicated of a shortage on battery charger connector from pitched fall or impacted. Last, the laptop will not boot up; “Boot Device Not Found” this indicated of the Windows Operating boot sector on the hard drive was damaged during a transport or a pitched fall as Mr. has stated, he mobilized his laptop in a back pack. I simply let Mr. [redacted] knows of what the inspection and diagnostic found on the laptop. And reiterated that the laptop was sold to him at the time was in a good working condition; no sign of physical damaged; dent, laptop is operating normal, battery is charging, no missing or damaged screw. Further, our policy for limited warranty clearly stated any physical damaged or abused on any system hardware and components will void the limited warranty. Best regard, [redacted]ALLOCATE TECH, LLC[redacted]Sacramento, CA 95818

The laptop was fully refurbished with a fresh Windows reinstalled and passed the included HP diagnostic test that tested the entire system and no visible physical damage on the laptop other than the normal wear for a used laptop at time sold to Mr. [redacted]. The fact that the laptop won’t turn off when Mr. [redacted] disconnected plug; the AC adapter is because the laptop and the battery are operating normal in a perfect world. When you disconnected the plug or AC adapter from the laptop, you only stopped charging it. To turn off the laptop, you have to do a normal shutdown in Windows. After carefully inspected and diagnosed the laptop, we’ve concluded that the laptop was missed use and missed handling to course the issues. We must inform the customer, the 90 day limited hardware warranty on Mr. [redacted] laptop is voided. However, if Mr. [redacted] wish to pay to have this laptop fix by us we will give him 40% off on the labor cost within 90 day. Regard, [redacted]ALLOCATE TECH, LLC[redacted]Sacramento, CA 95818
