I am rejecting this response because: I have disputed these charges from the beginning with Mr***, the procedure that was charged was talked about but never performedI am willing to work with Mr*** to resolve this issue - however as my formal complaint stated they may not contact or discus this issue with my family membersThey called my number first and left NO voicemail and then minutes later called my brother and left a message

As stated in my last response dated 2/20/18, "ABM will no longer contact Ms*** regarding this matter"ABM has not made any attempt to contact Ms*** regarding this matter since that timeThis will give Ms*** the time necessary to resolve her dispute with Mr*** at our client's officeABM will consider this matter closed.
