The problem has been resolved

Review: When the job was completed, I complained that there was discoloration in several places, and that in a few areas the driveway appeared to be "patched" which surprised me because the entire driveway had been removed and replaced. I was assured that there was nothing wrong, and that I received a first class job, and I paid in full at that time. But after a few months experience with the new driveway, the patches appear worse, and more importantly after rainfall, I noticed severe erosion and runoff just adjacent to the driveway. Upon further inspection, I realized that water was not flowing properly to a drain which had been installed by Allocco, and the driveway appears to be too sloped at that point, which causes the water to rise up and flow over the curb, causing the erosion. Additionally, there are several othe issues with driveway I would like addressed, such as the driveway entrance which seems too high, causing my trailer to hit the pavement when I enter or leave the driveway.

I called and left a message that I was having problems with the driveway, and received a message in return saying they would sealcoat the driveway. Realizing Allocco was responding to my initial observations, and they were not aware of the drainage issues, I sent a note with several pictures illustrating the problem. They have not responded to my initial note with the pictures, or several phones and messages on their answering machine calls (8), or a follow up note asking them to call me so we could discuss the issues.

I am very frustrated as they will not even respond to my calls or requests to resolve the issues.Desired Settlement: I would like them to repair the slope and incorrect drainage, as well as the "high spot" at the driveway entrance.
