I do not understandWhy should my family and I move from the property if we have not committed this ongoing offense? Moving from this property brings unneeded stress and turmoilMy wife is starting school this month and moving right now is not an option

stated and showed pictures of the there patio with feces on it and stated it was coming from the upstairs neighbors apartments dog. Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] stated that they wanted to transfer to another apartment on the community for the same rate they were paying. [redacted] told Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] that she would have to contact the corporate office and would get back with him. That same day, [redacted] attempted to reach the above resident by phone and left a voicemail and also sent him a notice an email regarding the issue. On March 12, 2015 when I returned to the office I contacted Mr. [redacted]. He stated that his balcony smells and that he had not cleaned up the feces. We sent our maintenance team immediately over to remove the feces from the patio, and then sent our housekeeper over to clean the patio. I told Mr. [redacted] that I would contact my corporate office regarding his request to move to another unit on site at the same rate he is currently paying for his renewal period. Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] renewed their lease on January 31st and is currently paying $546.00 for rent. I then contacted my corporate office, and they told me that I would be unable to transfer Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] at the current renewal rate that they are paying, BUT we would release them from their lease with a 30-day written notice. I contacted Mr. [redacted] back and told him that my corporate office has told me that I would be unable to transfer him, BUT I would release him from his lease with a 30 day written notice. He thanked me for my call, and hung up. As of today, we have not received a move out notice from Mr. & Mrs. [redacted], but, if Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] still would like to move, they will still be allowed to with a 30-day notice.
