I am rejecting this response because first I have never threatened any realtor agent in my life and secondly allover housing never set up the appointment for me to view any housing from their websiteThey provided me with a phone # to which I had to call and set an appointment my self for listing that were free for all realtor to see.!which was only one house I did view, and the agent her self had no clue of what this so called company was and said to stay away from these types of scams. This business is praying on people like my self who dire need of a home. See the attached email that I so called threatened this scam artist of a companyI would like my $refunded because no services were rendered

Here is our response: As you can verify in the clients misleading complaint, that she had contradicted herself, as she had stated that she had not received any services from us, but then she stated that she did view a property from us. That is the first lie, because if she were not to receive any...

services from us, then she would of not of been provided any addresses from our website nor would of we scheduled the appointment for her. However, the real truth to the matter is, that she was very rude and unprofessional towards my staff as she had made threats to our listing agent that had showed her the property, as well as treating my customer service representatives the same way. I had given her several warnings, asking her to stop with the unprofessional behavior, or I would have to cancel her membership, if it continues, as this is considered a violation to our "terms and use" to our website, in which I have attached in my email, as a reference. After, asking her nicely to stop with the threats and cursing out my staff, she disregarded, and continued on. I do have emails from the client with her driver's license attached as proof of my statement, with her rude and threatening behavior for "no reason at all."
