Please be advised that the Texas Law states that we have days from the time your lease expires AND you give us your forwarding address to send back the refund/itemizationYou did not give us your forwarding address until September 22nd, which I have written proof ofWe would like this complaint
removed due to the fact that the carpets were not left in the same condition that they were given to the tenant inPer the lease, it states that the tenant must have the home cleanedThe carpets were not cleanThere were multiple stains left on the carpet and we have pictures, that have a timestamp on them, taken on September 1st as proof of thisThe owner who we have it in our system to contact is the wife, and she is currently out of the country not that any of that even matters

We would like for this complaint to be removed due to the evidence providedThe photos of the walkthrough have been provided through the link*** *** At this time we are standing firm on the charges from the itemization

The charges on the itemization will standThe house was in horrible shape compared to how the tenant was given the home, which is noted on the Inventory and Condition form that the tenant filled out upon move inThe owner has to pay above and beyond what was charged to the tenant for paint,
carpets, and repairs throughout the home. The tenant was only charged what he was responsible forOver photos can be providedupon request

I reject this as the deposit was paid to and withheld by Katy Property Management. I have been communicating with them directly, not the owner of the property.
Regards,

We would like this complaint removed because the owner made the decision to keep the tenant's security deposit, Katy Property Management had nothing to do with the decision.

Per [redacted], we are not responsible for the decision that the owner makes regarding the refund of the deposit. Therefore, we demand that this complaint be removed. Also, per my knowledge, the complainant is already taking the owner to small claims' court to dispute this with the owner directly. Small claims' court is where this should be disputed.

We would like this complaint removed because we did not complete the make ready. The owner did the make ready and told us the items to deduct from the deposit. If the complainant would like to dispute further, he will need to take the owner to small claims' court.

Katy Property Management did have the vendor go out to the property to repair the issues with the pool pump, per the owner's request. We do not make any decisions about the refund of a tenant's deposit unless the owner tells us to do so. Again, we request that this complaint be removed because our contract with the owner states that we are not held responsible for any claim against the owner due to the dispute of a tenant's security deposit refund.

I am attaching your lease for your review. The lease was signed by the owner and is who your agreement was with. The lease is what outlines the items that you can be charged for. We were the owner's representative during the duration of the lease however we do not make the final decisions in regards to the refund. We would like this complaint removed due to this.
