We have contacted the customer directly and have worked out the issues at hand..the customer seems to be satisfied with the details and we look forward to having her as a loyal and happy customer at Allowance Manager...We were not sure what happened but I think there was an address issue but her cards were sent out yesterday and will arrive shortly

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Basically, it took weeks and a Revdex.com compliant to get a response from this company regarding my initial order If there was a problem with our credit card as they state, no email was ever returned or we were not contacted through our phone contact in order to resolve this problem I did finally receive a call today March 23rd from a [redacted] at Allowance Manager who left his cell phone [redacted] on a voicemail hoping to resolve the Revdex.com complaint I also had responses to all three of my emails dated March 1st, March 6th and March 16th from [redacted] the Support Representative indicating sorry that things slipped through the cracks I returned the call tonight and left a message stating that we would not be pursuing the company's service based on lack of communication demonstrated with this event Even if there was a fault with the credit card expiration date that failed to allow the purchase to go through, I had made several attempts to contact the company to check the status of the order without a reply You can consider the complaint resolved The company did offer to re run the transaction but I am not willing to pursue any further business arrangement with them based on this level of customer service Regards, [redacted]

good afternoon we just actually received a letter yesterday in our mailbox PO Box telling us about a complaint from one of our customers we have reached out and talked to her and we are hoping that she will rescind her complaint sometime in the next week or so..the ID number is [redacted] under the name Allowance Managerwe can be reached at ( [redacted] [redacted] or Dan Meader [redacted] please let us know if you can give us a few days to get this resolved with our customer before this actually posts..thank you so much [redacted]

We have reached out to our customer directly to let them know that we are so sorry that they had a hard time reaching us and that they were actually never charged for our product due to a problem with the credit card they gave us..we hope to hear back from him today so we can resolve this

our president called the customer personally twice and we still have not heard back from her but hope to shortly..we were unaware of the problem and obviously want to resolve the problem in any way we can...thank you

We have issued all of Megan's funds to her..we send an over night letter with the funds to her so possibly this complaint is not current.thank you
