Allowance Monetary Trust Reviews (5)

Review: I was informed I could get a loan for$3,000 all I had to do was send $405 plus $16.50 fee to send by [redacted] to [redacted] (lender) [redacted] ref #[redacted] . Then I was told by [redacted] that they found something on my credit and that I need to send additional $405. I sent an additional $205 plus $11.50 fee to [redacted] ref#67960739 and Allowance trust was going to put up the $200; I called [redacted] to confirm that [redacted] received the money, I was told by [redacted] that [redacted] (lender) wanted me to send the $200 myself and that she would not accept the $200 from Allowance TrustDesired Settlement: $800

Review: I got approved for a loan with this company. I did everything that was asked from in, from them and the contract and went above and beyond past that for the loan. They milked it for 2 weeks and now I don't need the loan. In the contract it states I can have a refund and the manager, [redacted], who is also head of Client Care told me no and just kept asking for another payment. I am extremely unhappy and been taken advantage of. I believe they took advantage of someone who needed help. This is a horrible company. I kept telling him I would contact the Revdex.com, but he kept pushing it aside and demanding money. My last straw was when he denied me of my refund since he screwed me over and made up ridiculous reasons why they needed more money that wasn't even listed in the contract.Desired Settlement: I would like the whole amount refunded to me since they failed their service they promised to me time and time again. The total amount they received from me was $4,453.50. I would like that refunded to me immediately.

Review: Allowance contacted me about a personal loan. [redacted] was the name of the person who contacted me. She informed me that I had requested a loan on line but I never contacted them. She told me I had been confirmed for a loan of $3,000 and that the interest would be 9% with payments of $137 a month for 24 months. She told me I had to sign a contract before she could give me more information about where to send payments, etc. I admit I did not read the contract very well, my mistake. Once it was signed she told me that the money would come from a personal lender named [redacted] and he needed collateral and my car was too old. She said I could pay 3 payments ($411) and would not have to make payments for three months and she gave me the date I would start making payments. I wsas to send the money by Western Union to Mr. [redacted] at Hollywood Florida. She then called me back and said there wa a technical problem with Western Union and could I cancel that and send it by moneygram which I did. She called me and told me the money would be in my account in an hour. She called me back and said they needed more money. I told her I couldn't do that and wanted to stop the loan. I then on May 1 spoke to [redacted] who told me it would be 30 days before I got the money back. I have called and left messages - no one calls me ack. I have sent emails - no answer. I contacted the company by email - no answer and I have not received the $411 back either in my account or by check. I know I was foolish and I want them to know that I will make everyone I can aware od this. By the way it will be 60 days since Mr [redacted] received the money and I have proof that he picked up.Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back but also so Revdex.com knows about this and can warn others.

Review: I had applied for a loan and after paying $844 to the company I was still denied. I contacted the company and asked for s refund. I was then informed that I would have to pay a $205 fee in order for me to receive my refund.Desired Settlement: Fora refund of my $844.

Review: I applied for a loan on the internet in the amt. of 5000.00. They started asking for money up front. We sent in the money they requested, after the 4th [redacted] I was told all the money sent in would be deposited into my account along with the 5000.00. I sent them around 3900.00. After the final [redacted] was sent I was told that they didn't want to service the loan. I am still waiting for a response regarding the monies paid. I have the documentation to prove what I am saying Thank you.Desired Settlement: To get back the money I have sent to Allowance Monetary Trust in a timely manner . Can't pay any other bills due to over draft charges car payment.
