Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We were happy to hear from MrG [redacted] (Fairfax Transfer & Storage (FTS)) after contacting the Revdex.com However, his contact was too little-too late MrG [redacted] was contacted the day after [redacted] s move (June 2) and NO assistance was offered After two weeks living with a "mountain of boxes", other provisions were made Others were PAID to UNPACK (and breakdown boxes); a lost opportunity for all involved[redacted] is VERY clear about the verbal representation from FTS MrG [redacted] stated clearly that its services would include UNPACKING for every box that it PACKED This clear verbal representation separated FTS' services from the other companies under consideration [redacted] lives alone [redacted] was interested in PACKING & UNPACKING - her primary reason for choosing the company and estimate If she could PACK thirty (30) boxes herself, then a very clear case could be made that UNPACKING would not be necessary. However, in this case, either FTS imagined that [redacted] had the physical stamina to UNPACK thirty (30) boxes after moving (on her own) or she hired this company with the understanding that it would PACK and UNPACK Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
We were happy to hear from Mr. G[redacted] (Fairfax Transfer & Storage (FTS)) after contacting the Revdex.com. However, his contact was too little-too late. Mr. G[redacted] was contacted the day after [redacted]s move (June 2) and NO assistance was offered. After two weeks living with a "mountain of boxes", other provisions were made. Others were PAID to UNPACK (and breakdown boxes); a lost opportunity for all involved.[redacted] is VERY clear about the verbal representation from FTS. Mr. G[redacted] stated clearly that its services would include UNPACKING for every box that it PACKED. This clear verbal representation separated FTS' services from the other companies under consideration. [redacted] lives alone. [redacted] was interested in PACKING & UNPACKING - her primary reason for choosing the company and estimate. If she could PACK thirty (30) boxes herself, then a very clear case could be made that UNPACKING would not be necessary. However, in this case, either FTS imagined that [redacted] had the physical stamina to UNPACK thirty (30) boxes after moving (on her own) or she hired this company with the understanding that it would PACK and UNPACK.
