Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have been a mechanic for over years, until that career ended as a result of being diagnosed with cancerEverywhere that I have worked they all have one thing in common: They always have a work order to go over their procedures, warranties, and a signature to complete the professionalism of their establishmentI did not receive any of the aboveWithout these critical components of this business deal I don't think there is any question that [redacted] has no legal right to tell me, that because I didn't come and complain the next day compared to coming several weeks later, as I didHe cannot honor itThis is why professional businesses have a written warranty on the back of their work orders and the customer signs itI hope [redacted] will integrate this suggestion into his business for future customersAs a certified mechanic I would have handled it differentlyIf [redacted] would have been the customer, As soon as he said "I think my right rear wheel is bent, can you fix it?" I would have told him "If your not sure lets check them all, so we repair the correct wheel." But instead, he claims that he repaired the bent wheel (the same wheel that was not bent according to [redacted] and they balanced it with no problem) In closing, the question is, Does [redacted] have a legal right to make up a warranty as he goes? that wasn't verbal, nor written? Or do I have a right as a consumer to receive compensation for this lack of professionalism? I am rejecting this response because: I have been a mechanic for over 25 years, until that career ended as a result of being diagnosed with cancer. Everywhere that I have worked they all have one thing in common: They always have a work order to go over their procedures, warranties, and a signature to complete the professionalism of their establishment. I did not receive any of the above. Without these critical components of this business deal I don't think there is any question that [redacted] has no legal right to tell me, that because I didn't come and complain the next day compared to coming several weeks later, as I did. He cannot honor it. This is why professional businesses have a written warranty on the back of their work orders and the customer signs it. I hope [redacted] will integrate this suggestion into his business for future customers. As a certified mechanic I would have handled it differently. If [redacted] would have been the customer, As soon as he said "I think my right rear wheel is bent, can you fix it?" I would have told him "If your not sure lets check them all, so we repair the correct wheel." But instead, he claims that he repaired the  bent wheel (the same wheel that was not bent according to [redacted] and they balanced it with no problem).  In closing, the question is, Does [redacted] have a legal right to make up a warranty as he goes? that wasn't verbal, nor written? Hello, as I told the customer he waited 30+ days to complain and during that time he could have hit anything and damaged his wheel. If he has no job and is a full time student even with health complications he or someone he knows could have called or went to [redacted] tire as they are open 6 days a...

week and have multiple locations to service their customers. I will not give this customer anything or ever entertain the idea of servicing him ever again. He is no longer allowed to be a customer of ours.  If he had contacted me in a timely manner this would have gone totally different. We fixed the wheel that he told us to fix the day he came in. We have a great reputation with several high end dealers as well as collision shops and never have complaints from them.

I am rejecting this response because: Once again, I thought the problem was a road force issue with the tire. so I didn't think it was necessary to bring the car back or call [redacted] right away. If [redacted] wouldn't have said there was an issue with my tire, I would have brought it right back.  It appears like [redacted] is dancing around the truth. I am sending you 2 attachments (Receipts)  for the Job. And please notice that no where on either receipt does it state "30 day grace period to complain, or any mention of how long the warranty is." I also thought it was odd that he took my payment by swiping his phone with my card, and works in a little shed in the back where customers can't go. It doesn't matter how many account's he has with so called big dealerships or individuals. The service he provided for me should be just as important. His receipts were unprofessional and only stated the price and NO OTHER STIPULATIONS. I put this in the hands of the Revdex.com. I think [redacted] is very unprofessional, prideful, angry and immature. As you can see in the Text messages, I stated it was ridiculous that [redacted] accused me of bending another rim, and he is reaching when he said "the rim was bent."  The real issue here is his lack of professionalism and undocumented, vague, amature receipts that don't say anything about me or anybody for that matter, having a 30 day warranty.
Regards,
[redacted]Update 05/22/2015 All these pictures show, is my wheel balance results and road force.  I did not receive any work order to sign or what his warranty included. If he did repair a wheel that was bent, my car wouldn't have shook after I left the shop. That's what doesn't make sense, If the wheel was bent and he repaired it, then why does it still have the same problem that I brought it in for on the first day? This whole situation is a nightmare. Unless that's a law in NM, that you have 30 day's to complain about a job. I don't see how he can make up  his own warranty as he goes. It's not fair. If I would have signed a work order stating his warranty and I violated it, I could totally understand. But as you can see in these emails, I did not get any documents or paperwork that would justify this 30 day make believe warranty that he is using as an excuse.  Thank you,[redacted][To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response. As we are a mobile company we do not have a fixed location or work out of a shed, we have two state of the art mobile units that we service Albuquerque, NM with. I picked [redacted] as a meeting spot as they have a nice waiting room as well as let us use their state of the art balancer (we of course have to pay to use it) that [redacted] Tire or a lot of tire shops do not use as they cost around $18,000.00 to purchase. Roadforce balancing is the only recommended balancing procedure by most OEM manufactures including Lexus.   The attachments show that the tire was mounted on a Hunter 9700 Roadforce balancer and shows that the tire was bad and that the wheel was straight when we gave it back to the customer. As far as the credit card swipe on the phone it's called the [redacted] and that's what a lot of mobile businesses use as they are the number one mobile credit card processing company out there. We are a very professional business that services many Dealers, Insurance Companies, Collision shops, and Walk in customers hat trust us to take care of vehicles that are over half a million dollars at their residents.
