Review: I received a letter in the mail addressed to my business name and my business address, however the name of the owner is not me, because of credit fraud I got nervous and started researching the issue. The first thing I did was Google the name listed on the card, what I found was from allpages.com and it was my business listing with a different name as the owner. I tried to contact allpages.com through their contact us link and was not able to submit the claim, it kept giving me an error page. I would really like to have this removed asap and don't know how to go about it.Desired Settlement: Would like a letter stating that they have eliminated the problem and to have this removed from their site to prevent future problems. Thank you.

Review: This company Allpages.com has an unauthorized, unwanted, fraudulent internet advertisement for my company. They do not have my permission to use my company name. They have my home address listed as the address for my business. This a violation of my privacy and my company's privacy policy. I have made several attempts to delete this info myself but was unable to do so. I have made several attempts to contact this company to have this unauthorized internet advertisement removed, no reply to email no one answers the phone. I have never had any previous contact with this company prior to my requests to be removed. In your request to be removed you must provide an email address, I do not feel comfortable giving such info to this type of company.

My home address has NEVER been the address for my business and this false info this is unacceptable! Because this company will not honor my request to be removed, will not respond to emails or answer their phone I believe this to possibly be some sort of scam in which this company is somehow profiting by using my company's name without permission. I also believe that this company might have illegally obtained my home addressDesired Settlement: This company removes any and all information concerning myself and my company from any and all internet advertisement or listing they might have including the links to these unauthorized advertisements IMMEDIATELY! This company removes any information concerning myself and my company from their database Immediately! This company never posts/lists any information concerning myself or my company on the internet or any where else for that matter!

Review: This company has my home address listed as my business address listed on an internet webpage. I did not request ,authorize, or approve this unwanted internet listing. There is no way for me to edit or delete the false information. I tried to contact the company through the contact us page, when I tried to submit it would not go through.

Not olny is a huge inconvience it also violates my company's privacy policy which states: Any person, persons, company, or cooperation who lists [redacted]'s home address as the business address for All About Chimneys and Masonry is subject to a $1500.00 fine for each day [redacted]'s home address is listed as the business address for All About Chimneys and Masonry.Desired Settlement: This company removes any and all information concerning All About Chimneys and Masonry from the unwanted webpage listing including the cache IMMEDIATELY! Company removes any and all information concerning All About Chimneys and Masonry and [redacted] from their database. Company provides how they were able to obtain my home address. Company pays any and all fines in full concerning the privacy violation within 30 days or legal action will be taken against this company!
