Review: The company acknowledged my online order placed on 10/13/2013 and chose to IGNORE the request to cancel the order made on the same date 10/13/2013. All Parts Grills shipped the order two days later on 10/15/2013 even after my documented email notifications. Upon receipt of order on 10/18/13, I sent an email to request instructions to return the unwanted order. No responses from the company. Today, on my day off, 10/22/2013, I spoke with "[redacted]" who lamely advised my phone call should have been placed with a person. And as far as emails are concerned, All Parts Grills gets hundreds of emails that they can't reach(?) When I asked why my emails sent since Oct. 13th still had no responses, [redacted] simply advised me to return the package at my expense (approximately $15.42 per UPS) and they would refund my credit card $67.46. On my next day off, I will return the order to include a signed receipt.Desired Settlement: refund of the purchase price $67.46 and my shipping costs to return the order

I am responding to the complaint you received with regards to a [redacted] L [redacted]. She is correct in stating that she placed an order on Sunday 10/13/2013 at 8:42 PM. We are not open at this time and do not re-open until Monday 10/14/2013. We never received an e-mail from her, we checked after I spoke with her on 10/22/13. When I spoke with her on 10/22/13 I indicated that we were not available for any voice or e-mail contact on 10/13/13 due to the fact we were closed.

The package was boxed and shipped on Monday 10/15/13. I simply told her that we have hundreds of e-mails and there is no way we can respond within one day, and the package was shipped the next businness day. I told her we would give her a full refund(to include the $9.9 shipping) upon receiving the items back. Our ploicy is return items are refunded minus the shipping if the customer does not want the product. I did indicate to her that if I needed to cancel an ordwer that was placed on a non-working day, I would have placed a phone call within the hours that the business was open so I could have spoken directly to someone. I beleive we did nothing wrong other than being very quick in shipping the items the next day. not many internet companies are that quick.

Review: I had gotten a couple of quotes from AllParts for outside fan motor to replace on a outside unit. The original motor was $130 and the after market motor was $69. I paid All parts $179 ($130 for motor and $49 for the delivery). When I recieved the motor I realized they sent me the after market motor! Not The Original!They new that I needed this motor in order to get the air conditioner working again. They new that I would not be in a position to box it up and send it back so that I could get what I paid for! I emiled and talked to [redacted] who I purchased the motor from. He gave me a $25 refund witch still cost me $115 for a motor that I could buy anywere for $68 to $69. When I brought this to [redacted] attention he ends the confersation with "That is your problem not mind!"He new that he had taken advantage of me! He ripped me off! If you go to this web site you can see the motor that he sent to me can be bought for $68 Part Number: [redacted](((link redacted)))I hope this will help others from getting ripped off or taken advantage of. Its not even the money. It is not going to hurt me with the $36 they over charged me for. Its the princable! The fact that I was in desporate need in there part and they took full advantage of it. If I were you I would use your money to purchase from the company hot link I just gave you if your in need of air and heat parts. DO NOT Use AllParts/ CNT Industries. Not trustworthy :-(Desired Settlement: I would like an apology from [redacted] for taken advantage of me. And would like mu $36 dollars they over charged me for. I have no problem paying for what was given me before the purchase was made.

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on Thursday June 26, 2014 about a condensing motor that he was looking for on his Goodman unit, and possibly the fan blade as well. He stated to me that he needed a price for next day delivery, which he was quoted $49.00. The normal shipping rate, per our web page is $11.90 standard plus $15.90 for motors, and additional $50.00 for next day for a total of $77.80. The $49.00 is a savings of $28.80.Mr. [redacted] was interested in purchasing a factory original [redacted] motor and was quoted $169.00. I have this amount written in my book next to his name. He was also told that we were unable to send the fan blade because it was not a stock item, and we were unable to get until Friday at the earliest. He said he was not sure if he needed the fan blade and he would wait to see if he really needed it.

Review: On 2/23 I placed 3 orders for grill covers. On 2/24 I placed another order for a grill cover. I decided to call in on 2/24 at 9:13am in order to check on the status of the items/orders.

At the time of my phone call I was told that the items were NOT in stock and would not be in for another week or two. I told the person on the phone that I no longer wanted the items. He said he would cancel the orders, minus one that he had in stock. I then went to my account that day and the status of EVERY order said CLOSED. Therefore I went out and found a company that had the items that I wanted in stock and purchased them from there.

On March 2nd, I noticed the charges were still on my account. I sent an email to see what was going on and mysteriously that evening some items were shipped out. I DID NOT REORDER these items so the fact that the company shipped items out without my permission is fraudulent. Once I sent a detailed email asking for phone records to be pulled up from 2/24 9:13 my emails were ignored.

I would like my account to be refunded in full. A mistake made by this business should not mean that I am out $325.30.
