On November 6, 2015, I ordered online two items from the company - 1-[redacted] 6" braided buffalo jerky dog treat $14.99; and 2-[redacted] Stop Itch diet supplement for dogs 250 $35.95 for a total of $61.29. After not receiving the products received on 11/17 I sent an email and called the company. I received an email from a [redacted] advising that the company had been sold and that they would refund my money to my credit card. Not only did they bill my credit card for this false transaction but they billed it twice. Please also note that this company still has a website online and acts as if they were open for business. This is false advertisement and I believe there is fraudulent activities going on which should be investigated.
