DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM BY THIS COMPANY
I received a call from a "Shelly-***" she specifically asked for me, which is odd, because I have not idea who this company isWhen I picked up the phone MsShelly-*** stated that I had ordered some powder-free gloves that are about to go out of stock so they were going to place cases on the side for meWhen I replied that I never ordered gloves and I have no idea what company this is Shelly-*** responded with "Oh really?" Before I can say anything to her about how I know this is a scam, she disconnected the phoneI have caller id and decided to call them back and speak to so called supervisor to let her know of this situation and she began to state that it was probably a mistake and that Shelly-*** called me by mistake, when I said that this woman asked for me by name, she then changed the story and said " Oh, well we have been having phone issues, so maybe the phone disconnected on accident" If that's the case "Supervisor" put MsShelly-*** back on the phone with me so I can hear the rest of her gimmick, but unfortunately they are not allowed to put the sales people who are calling businesses on the phoneRidiculousSCAM! Do your research on this company if you receive a phone call like I didDo not let this company get away with these tacticsThey should be ashamed of themselves!!!!
This company contacted us directly and representated themselves as being associated with our operating system. A order was placed for cartridges when received the cartridges were not compatible with the printer they were ordered for and when we called we were told that we could return with a restocking fee but no credit would be issued only another product shipped. We received the other product which again could not be used with our printer then we were told could not return due to time limit issue. Also the representative told me that we had to place another order to meet the terms we agreed to over the phone; I told them we would not place another order for a product we can not use. I was then told the product would be shipping regardless of my refusal to place a order which of course we refused in our shipping/receiving area. I am still waiting to see if they will try to collect from a order that a purchase order was never obtained for I will update if any further issues with this company.
