Mr [redacted] came in to buy a new Zero turn and like Lindsay said he was up sold to a left over model and there was some confusion between the models I can assure you that there was nothing malicious about it though, you see he came in to buy a Z-Force S he was upsold to a Z-force SZ and we were looking at the Z-Force SX which is what replaced the Z-Force SZ He did buy a Z-Force SZ which had the same model number as the Z-Force SZ and because of that reason the invoice that was printed had on it which was a computer error that should have been caught before it was given to the customerI spoke with Lindsay and invited here to come out and look at the units so I could better explain the differences between the and SZ and SX She did come out with her Husband and after going over the differences they decided to change to the Z-Force SX (for the inconvenience and the confusion I discounted the price of the Z-force SX 60)The deal was financed so I had to do a refund and resell with the financing company but because I did not have the Z-force SX in stock I had to wait to complete the sale and signing of all the paperworkOnce the unit came in we set delivery unfortunately the driver got the wrong paperwork with the original model number and serial number on it and took it out to the customer as soon as it was realized what had happened the right unit was deliveredSo the customer has the correct unit I have called and followed up with the customer Mr [redacted] and he said he was happy he understood the confusion and was laughing about the whole ordealI have tried to call Lindsay multiple times with no response to see if there is anything else I could do for our part in this matterI am sorry for the confusion and what happened but it was not intentional and it is to my understanding that Mr [redacted] was happy and satisfied

The total cost was $9,700.00We paid a down payment of$5,which left a balance of $4,432.04Yes our check was cashedCub Cadet said we didn't own them anything since we returned itThat's why the balance says thatAccording to Cub Cadet the matter was solved and our down payment was returned to usBut this was not the caseYou are welcome to call themAll power is doing everything they can to keep our down paymentAll we are asking for is our down payment back of $5,267.96Thank You [redacted] Any questions please call me ###-###-#### or email me

Mr*** Purchased a New CXfrom us on Wed 8/31/Mr*** used the unit Labor day weekend and called in Tuesday 9/6/wanting to return the now used unitI explained to Mr *** that returning new equipment is not something we do but I wanted to work with himMr*** came to
the dealership with his machine and left it in our parking lotI called Mr*** offering to purchase his machine from him explaining to him that the unit is now used and I can not sell it as new anymore Mr*** and myself agreed on terms and I started the process to buy Mr***s CXfrom himMr *** then changed his mind about wanting to sell his unit to us for the agreed upon priceThe situation started to take a turn and there was no way for both parties to agree on a price for his CXso I told Mr*** That I was not interested in buying his CX

The total cost was $9,700.00We paid a down payment of$5,267.96 which left a balance of $4,432.04Yes our check was cashedCub Cadet said we didn't own them anything since we returned it. That's why the balance says that. According to Cub Cadet the matter was solved and our down payment was returned to us. But this was not the case. You are welcome to call them. we were looking at the Z-Force SX 60 which is what replaced the Z-Force SZ 60. He did buy a 2015 Z-Force SZ 60 which had the same model number as the 2014 Z-Force SZ 60 and because of that reason the invoice that was printed had 2014 on it which was a computer error that should have been caught before it was given to the customer. I spoke with Lindsay and invited here to come out and look at the units so I could better explain the differences between the 2015 and 2016 SZ and SX.  She did come out with her Husband and after going over the differences they decided to change to the 2016 Z-Force SX 60 (for the inconvenience and the confusion I discounted the price of the Z-force SX 60). I am sorry for the confusion and what happened but it was not intentional and it is to my understanding that Mr. [redacted] was happy and satisfied.
