Review: I was charged for a follow-up visit that I was told would be free. I had my generator serviced on July 7, 2015. The tech found that the voltage was high, but he explained that he was new and didn't know how to do anything other than change the oil. I called the office and the receptionist said they would send out an experienced tech and train the other person on diagnosing problems. She said the follow-up visit would be free. However, they charged my credit card an additional $187.50 without my permission anyway. I have called numerous times and spoke to [redacted] and [redacted]. They both said [redacted], the owner, wouldn't remove the charge. [redacted] has refused to speak with me or return my calls. They also promised to give me a repair estimate as part of that "free" visit, but they never gave me that either.Desired Settlement: I would like my $187.50 returned.

Mr. [redacted] called Allpower Generator to request a Preventative Maintenance call. Allpower Generator sent a technician to Mr. [redacted]'s home on 07/07/15 to perform the Preventative Maintenance. (I have attached a list of the items that are covered under the Preventative Maintenance service call, of which trouble shooting the high voltage issue is not included). Upon completion of the Preventative Maintenance service call it wasdiscovered that the generator's output voltage was high. The customer was told that an additional visit would be required to trouble shoot the problem.On 07/08/15 Allpower generator sent a senior technician to Mr. [redacted]'s home, to trouble shoot the high voltage problem. It was found that the Stator Main Windings needed to be replaced. Mr. [redacted] signed off on the service order, and an estimate for the replacing of the Stator Main Windings was sent to his residence.The second visit to Mr. [redacted]'s home was a billable call. We feel that our position is substantiated
