I'm very pleased with all pro contracting company less than 24 hours they replace my shower glass and replace my shower head ! This is not first time I'm using this company ! last year they remodeling my house they did amazing job my kitchen looks fabulous ! I highly recommending this company 5 star ð??

I am due $194.35 I paid for shower parts that were returned to vendor.
I have returned the Grohe shower valve parts that that were purchased by All Pro Contracting, Inc., from Ferguson's for use in my Guest Bath Remodel. As you know, we decided not to use the parts.
Ferguson's has valued the return parts at $194.35. Please see Attachment 1.
Per the All Pro Contracting, Inc., final invoice, these items were paid for by me. Please see Attachment 2, line item, Ferguson, $899.00.
I therefore request that All Pro Contracting, Inc., refund to me the $194.35.
Your prompt refund would be appreciated.
Refund of $194.35 for parts retruned.

Dear Mr.,
I am rather perturbed by your letter and frankly a letter to Revdex.com which is totally without merit. Here are the facts, we have a contract on Feb 16th, 2017 for Allprocontracting LLC. to remodel your home which was completed on March 10th, 2017.
Now 8 months later is not reasonable for you to bring this matter up. Specially as per contract you have paid us in full with a zero balance in Lou of your payment, we have fulfilled all our obligations on the contract and more including purchasing a light fixture for dinette area when your designer Kym Smith Interior Inc. had screwed up.
On Oct. 15th 2017, 8 months later, I received your e-mail demanding a refund of $194.35 for 2 items "G35014002 $100.75 and G35015000 $93.60" that you have kept and allegedly returned to Ferguson for a refund. We do not have a refund or a credit memo from Ferguson on our account. In addition you have not provided a credit memo or a refund issued by Ferguson to authenticate your demand.
An e-mail does not constitute an executed refund.
We are not responsible for your lack of communication and producing proper documents specially 8 months later. However we are replying back to show our willingness to resolve this matter immediately.

Conclusion: Please show me the Ferguson's detailed invoice for $899.00 (as shown on my projects final invoice) that does NOT list the Grohe shower parts and we can close this complaint. Otherwise, I believe you owe me $194.35.
The company's response is NOT satisfactory.

On the back of the check in the signature block was written: "By signing this check, I have closed any complaints now and in the future; there is no more demands." I did not sign the check backside, my bank accepted the check with the word "deposit" instead of a signature. Obviously, I do not relinquish my rights to file a Revdex.com complaint and/or sue AllPro Contracting when and if so justified.
