After review of the complaint and further investigation, we see that our tickets do in fact say officer instead of "patroller" which is what should be printed on our violations This was an oversight by our ticket supplier and it will be corrected immediately Allpro Parking, LLC apologizes for the misinterpretation of our tickets and at no point do we try to come off as officers The tickets that we issue are strictly for our own company's records Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my entire complaint
The company is stating that I actually violated a parking rule, which "obligates" them to give me a parking ticket. However, I have attached the ticket and my receipt. This company has no "authority" to "fine" my car and identify themselves as an "officer" with the "authority" to ticket my car. If I parked there during the week, and didn't pay what was on the contract attachedI would be fine with this; however, this company is attempting to state I violated their parking lot rules and there is nothing on the ticket that states anything about reserved parking or "no parking in reserved" spots. For $for two hours, I thought it was reserve parking for parking in that lot.
The key is they handled my credit card. It took me at least five minutes to get out of my car, which the person who ticketed me watch where I parked. He had every opportunity to redirect me to the parking spaces that he wanted to. Instead, he place a bogus fake ticket pretending to be an officer with the authority to fine my car. This company has been getting away with this with out-of-town visitors. THIS COMPANY MUST STOP THIS PRACTICE OF IMPERSONATING THE LAW! Yes, the voided my ticket, but what about hundreds of other bogus fake tickets they have served as fines. They have no authority to write tickets and identify themselves as officers. THIS SHOULD BE ALSO REVIEWED BY THE CINCINNATI POLICE DEPARTMENT OR THE CITY OF CINCINNATITHEY SHOULD BE PENALIZED FOR THIS PRACTICE!

Dear *** ***: I was forwarded your e-mail regarding the violation you received on July 26th I checked our records and found your violationThe
patroller on duty that day saw your car parked in a stall marked reserved These spaces are rented monthly by another client and we are obligated to ticket any car parked in those spaces not belonging to themThe person who wrote you the violation was simply performing their due diligence, not attempting to collect extra revenue from a paying customer. I will be voiding this violation for you and I apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused, however in future please when parking on any downtown lot or garage check to be sure that you are parking in a non reserved space, as this is common to most parking facilities

Our corporate Vice President, Patrick P., has reached out to Ms. [redacted] both by telephone (7/14) and email (7/24), but has had no response to date.  While the complaint isn't specific about the actual location, our assumption from the information provided is that Ms. [redacted] may have...

been parked at the Outer Harbor for the 4th of July fireworks and festival.  Naturally we are very sorry her experience was a negative one, but some of her concerns are areas we have no control over. Our company is hired by the promoter to provide an approved level of staffing to collect the parking fees and direct the vehicles to park in a safe and organized manner.  The promoter determines the event hours, the fees to be charged for all services, and the amenities to be provided - including the amount and location of the port-a-johns. As expected, the vehicle exodus from an event such as this is massive and occurs largely at once upon the conclusion of the fireworks.  The roadway system in and out of the Outer Harbor is already quite restricted and the large volume of traffic only exacerbated the issue.  The [redacted] Police department control the roadways and I am sure they were doing their best to move the traffic along.  In spite of those best efforts we agree that the exodus was painfully long.  Traffic to and from the Outer Harbor is a matter under continuous review by state and local officials as well as the promoters of events. We are processing a refund for Ms. [redacted], not so much for anything specific our company did or didn't do, but as an expression of our regret on behalf of all parties that a culmination of issues resulted in her evening's experience being so unsatisfactory.  Thank you.

It was determined that the complainant, Mr. [redacted], received a notice (invoice) for allegedly parking over the line while parked on the Fitzhugh Lot in Rochester.  The assumption by Allpro Parking's roving Customer Service Ambassador (CSA) was that the vehicle was encroaching on...

the adjacent space (limiting the ability for another vehicle to park) and a notice was issued.  Unfortunately, this notice should not have been issued as the spaces are tight and the demand is high, and one can never be sure which vehicle may have started the actual encroaching. Our Rochester Operations Manager, George G., contacted Mr. [redacted] directly and apologized for the inconvenience and advised that any fees with respect to the notice will be forgiven and the notice will be eradicated from our system.  Our CSA was also instructed not to issue such notices going forward. It is my understanding that Mr. [redacted] is satisfied with our response.  I have also subsequently asked Mr. G. to extend some complimentary parking to Mr. [redacted] as an expression of our goodwill. Thank you. Craig B. Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
