Thank you, [redacted] , for allowing us to come to an agreement on this matter Today, I received confirmation from [redacted] ***that your account was expedited for removal It is fully completed and off your credit Your account in our system is closed and has a zero balance As requested, I will send out a package including wasp spray and moth traps (they may come in multiple boxes) You have my absolute word that, you will receive no contact from myself, my brother, or anyone from my business, other than regarding this matter As agreed upon, I hope to see that any reviews left on the internet about our business will be removed Again, I appreciate that we were able to resolve this matter In the future, if you change your mind, I will still honor free services for you I will put notes on your account and you may call the office at any time You don’t even need to involve myself or my brother Thank you, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:They haven't provided proof of resolution as I requested.Dr Mrand Mr***, I am so relieved to hear you say you are finally ready to work this outI am sickened to have to relive this experience and hope we can settle it quicklyIt’s as simple as resolving the wrongs set in motion after billing a closed account; 1)provide proof my account is closed, 2)correct the collection claim, 3)provide your written commitment that you won't contact my family again and do so in a respectful manner. In attempts to not get too long-winded, I won't repeat the details of my experience or debate who tried to contact whoThe *** review is quite detailed and invoices and correspondence records will prove that we both tried in the manner we were most comfortable. I requested email and involved Revdex.com because of our history of miscommunication and heated wordsI am happy to provide a detailed explanation or evidence ay any time. I believe the records support my whole story as much as they canThey are definitely one-sided because you refused to respondI gave two written opportunities to resolve my account issues before posting my story onlineI clearly requested that you fix your accounts and stop billing meI received no response from your company to confirm or deny this but you continued to send billsIt wasn't until you saw my *** review that you respondedInstead of simply closing the account and apologize for the way I was treated, you threatened me and my family with it. My *** review is, unfortunately, True so I’m not going to defend each point against defamationPer your demands, in August 2016, I edited my review to reduce emotional notes so that it was more to the pointThen I sent a certified letter requesting my account be closed; with evidence to support why I don't owe any money (details are in the original letter attached)Again no response so that should have been the end of thisI am open to hear your explanation on any portion you believe to be untrueContinuing to find new ways to attack me just gives me more reasons to want to warn others from using your company. Reviews are personal experiencesYou made this personal when you sent me a bill months after we agreed my account was closed, when you confronted me at my home and refused to leave, when called repetitively after I asked you to only contact me by email, when you hunted down my husband to threaten him and again when you sent a bill to collectionsThis feels like a personal attack to my credit to get even for the *** review. Is that even legal to send me to collections since you only sent me bills; both of which I refuted with no response or attempts to resolve on your end? I am very disturbed to hear that I’ve been in collections since August of I will contact them asap but I thought this was settled in when I sent the last certified request to close my account. Most importantly: The bill is for a service for Saturday March 26th and specifically notes “*** called 3/Wasp issue”I called Friday March 25th to request a complimentary wasp treatment which was included in my service agreementAt that time, they informed me I was due for my bi-monthly service so we decided to schedule both for Monday March 28th, since I was going out of townWhen no one came, I called to re-scheduled for April 8thAfter the unannounced visit to my home and argument on March 30th we discontinued our business on April 1st, 2016; canceling the April 8th appointmentTherefor, I have no outstanding bills. Please confirm that I will no longer receive a bill for the service that was never completed.Please confirm that the collection agency will no longer bill me and that this will not effect my credit.Please provide written consent that your company will not contact or threaten my family again. Thank you!

We have an impeccable reputation and we have the right to protect it. On behalf of Allpro Pest Services, we wish that [redacted] would remove her defamatory review. We feel this to be a personal attack. Our business has suffered greatly from her review on [redacted]. We have a great loss of revenue for the...

past two years because of [redacted]. We have made attempts to reconcile the situation with her, but her response is always that we are harassing her. [redacted]'s E-mails prove to overlap information and dates to document her side of the story. The E-Mails are long winded and one-sided. She pleads for a correction, but never gave us the opportunity to do so. Every attempt made was quickly rebutted in harassment. To simply this entire issue: Service was completed as contracted, she missed an appointment and she did not pay for it. At any point in time since August 2, 2016 (when [redacted] was sent to collections), [redacted] (AKA [redacted]) could have attempted to make contact with us or the outside collections agency regarding this issue, but she has not done so. Instead she has contacted the Revdex.com and updated her false [redacted] review. We are optimistic that this situation can be righted[redacted]Allpro Pest Services Please see attachments.

I am rejecting this response because: Requested resolutions have not been completed. I am so relieved to hear a reasonable resolution.I still don't think its right to ask me remove my [redacted] testimonial in exchange for reversing your actions that created this mess. In essence, I'm taking the bribe that you first offered my husband when you hunted him down at work. It's certainly not an even exchange for all of the trauma you've caused but I appreciate your attempts to prove a better experience. I do believe you won't treat another customer as you did me so I'm willing to remove all current reviews.Unfortunately, I am not interested in your company visiting my home again. My main issues were with [redacted] and [redacted] (and possibly some office staff if they contributed to the miscommunications) and the way I was treated by you both since March 2016. Instead of any personally visits, I accept 6mo supply of pest removal product such as your best wasp solution/traps, ant treatment or pheromone moth traps to be sent to me.I will delete all current [redacted] reviews as soon as I have confirmation that1) My account with your company is closed. 2) You will not bill me nor contact me or my family again.3) The collections claim is rescinded and I will never receive a bill from them nor will it affect my credit. I look forward to hearing back with this confirmation asap.
