My experience with Allright Plumbing and Heating was exceptional They were always courteous, professional and trustworthy When they set an appointment, they would always call ahead to let me know they were on the way, and always on time

Had a horrible experience, believe me, I'D NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND This Company to anyone. I'd Think more than twice about calling them when there are way so many better companys that may offer a customer better / more reasonable services. The neighbor that had originally referred Allright to me , couldn't believe the situation and results and told me, he would probably not call them again. < His Choice >. The technician was a lot more knowledgable than I was, and, he charged it to me TOO, can you believe $155.00 for less than 10 minutes at my house and that was after we had taken the time to discuss the issue before hand. When I asked him about it, he said it was their charge no matter how long it took. I asked him, then, If I had to pay $155.00 for 10 minutes or less, would he service the furnace too, he said he'd have to charge me a service fee for that too.

Boy, Did I Get A SURPRISE, THANKS TO THEIR POLICIES, I'll Double Check Every Company TWICE !! and, I'll NEVER REFER or CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!

Early January I called for a repair quote on a furnace. The website stated free quotes within city limits, in which I was located. The net day they sent out a tech and he looked over the furnace and left. A few weeks later I received a bill for services. I asked them what the bill was for and what were the services. No quote was yet received. A few more weeks and I get a notice to file a lien and another bill for $250. I asked again where was my quote and what were the services they thought they provided. Now more than a year later they have left the lien on my home and have never provided explanation or the free quote. As far as I can tell they put the lien on the home as a strong arm tactic and have no intention of ever removing it per the lien laws. AVOID THEM - at all costs.

I have been a customer of Allright Plumbing and Heating for years and have been provided with exceptional service. They have pulled me out of several tight situations and I have always been super satisfied and impressed. [redacted] is a top plumber and knows how to fix things correctly. I have never had any problems with any of their repairs. I strongly recommend Allright Plumbing and Heating!

Travis and Ryan called 30 minutes ahead on same day I requested service for water heater leak. They were very professional, diagnosed the issue with the old water heater. Gave me some options for service and ultimately replaced the water heater in a very timely fashion. Both of them were courteous and made sure to clean up and help me move things back after they were done. I highly recommend Allright Plumbing for any issues you have. I have used them in the past and they weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but they have provided excellent service both times and were well within 50 dollars of the lowest bids I received from box stores to other plumbing companies in town.

This is the second time I have used All Right Plumbing. The first time was for a gas line installation, changing from a electric range to a gas range. That was a very positive experience. This time I needed a new water heater installed. The experience today was even better. Very professional at all levels. The appointment was for 8:30, and I received a telephone call from Julie at the office, saying they would be here at 9:00. I really appreciate being keep in the loop as to arrival time. Joe and Ryan arrived within one minute of the appointed time with a very positive attitude, a excellent work ethic, and a focus on customer service. The old heater was removed, and the new one installed. All work was completed and the area as left clean and neat. This is a very fine company and I will always recommend them.

Allright Plumbing does it again. This was the 4th time we had them out to our house in a crisis. They were punctual, professional and affordable. We can't say enough about there team. They are always knowledgable and polite. Thank you again guys.

Had Allright Plumbing come out to our house on 11/19/2015 to clean two furnaces and the tech was done in 23 minutes. The charge was $150 and a senior discount made it $135.. One week later one of our furnaces was not working and we called Allright Plumbing and the answering service called a tech [Mark] who was rude, annoyed and unprofessional. When I asked would there be a charge since it seems strange a four yr. old Trane furnace that has worked perfectly is suddenly not working. He yelled, "how do I know what's wrong with your furnace, I have to come out there to find out. There's a charge of $155 for the holiday." Huh, what holiday is the day after Thanksgiving? We decided wisely not to have him come out and Robbins Heating came out for $70, told us the flame sensors were dirty among other things and you can't clean two furnaces in 20 min. The codes showed a pressure switch needed replacing which was done. The difference in professionalism was like night and day.

Allright has gone above and beyond for me at the property I manage. We have had several furnaces needing replacement and Allright has been able to complete the new furnace installs. Everyone that works for Allright has outstanding customer service!

Allright Plumbing and Heating is fast and efficient. My A/C went out on the hottest week of the year and they were the only ones that could fit me in, every other repair company gave me a two out availability. the young men who came to repair the unit were fast and friendly. They were able to diagnose the problem and repair the A?C in less than 1 hour. I would recommend this company to everyone that needs quick and reliable service.
