This is the second time I have used All Right PlumbingThe first time was for a gas line installation, changing from a electric range to a gas rangeThat was a very positive experienceThis time I needed a new water heater installedThe experience today was even betterVery professional at all levelsThe appointment was for 8:30, and I received a telephone call from Julie at the office, saying they would be here at 9:I really appreciate being keep in the loop as to arrival timeJoe and Ryan arrived within one minute of the appointed time with a very positive attitude, a excellent work ethic, and a focus on customer serviceThe old heater was removed, and the new one installedAll work was completed and the area as left clean and neatThis is a very fine company and I will always recommend them

Travis and Ryan called minutes ahead on same day I requested service for water heater leak They were very professional, diagnosed the issue with the old water heater Gave me some options for service and ultimately replaced the water heater in a very timely fashion Both of them were courteous and made sure to clean up and help me move things back after they were done I highly recommend Allright Plumbing for any issues you have I have used them in the past and they weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but they have provided excellent service both times and were well within dollars of the lowest bids I received from box stores to other plumbing companies in town
Early January I called for a repair quote on a furnaceThe website stated free quotes within city limits, in which I was locatedThe net day they sent out a tech and he looked over the furnace and leftA few weeks later I received a bill for servicesI asked them what the bill was for and what were the servicesNo quote was yet receivedA few more weeks and I get a notice to file a lien and another bill for $I asked again where was my quote and what were the services they thought they providedNow more than a year later they have left the lien on my home and have never provided explanation or the free quoteAs far as I can tell they put the lien on the home as a strong arm tactic and have no intention of ever removing it per the lien lawsAVOID THEM - at all costs
Had a horrible experience, believe me, I'D NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND This Company to anyone I'd Think more than twice about calling them when there are way so many better companys that may offer a customer better / more reasonable services The neighbor that had originally referred Allright to me , couldn't believe the situation and results and told me, he would probably not call them again< His Choice >The technician was a lot more knowledgable than I was, and, he charged it to me TOO, can you believe $for less than minutes at my house and that was after we had taken the time to discuss the issue before handWhen I asked him about it, he said it was their charge no matter how long it took I asked him, then, If I had to pay $for minutes or less, would he service the furnace too, he said he'd have to charge me a service fee for that too Boy, Did I Get A SURPRISE, THANKS TO THEIR POLICIES, I'll Double Check Every Company TWICE !! and, I'll NEVER REFER or CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!
Allright has gone above and beyond for me at the property I manageWe have had several furnaces needing replacement and Allright has been able to complete the new furnace installsEveryone that works for Allright has outstanding customer service!
Had Allright Plumbing come out to our house on 11/19/to clean two furnaces and the tech was done in minutesThe charge was $and a senior discount made it $One week later one of our furnaces was not working and we called Allright Plumbing and the answering service called a tech [Mark] who was rude, annoyed and unprofessionalWhen I asked would there be a charge since it seems strange a four yrold Trane furnace that has worked perfectly is suddenly not workingHe yelled, "how do I know what's wrong with your furnace, I have to come out there to find outThere's a charge of $for the holiday." Huh, what holiday is the day after Thanksgiving? We decided wisely not to have him come out and Robbins Heating came out for $70, told us the flame sensors were dirty among other things and you can't clean two furnaces in minThe codes showed a pressure switch needed replacing which was doneThe difference in professionalism was like night and day
