Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Let me add more details to our initial complaintAgero is not our insurance company and does not handle claimsThey are the dispatching company which contracts out Allroad towing for jobs in the local areaImmediately after the incident, Agero called us to request pictures and an estimate of damage by a licensed landscape professionalOn 1/7/they forwarded this information to Allroad towing for them to take responsibility for the damages causedWe then followed up with numerous calls and messages to Allroad towing after our initial call to them on the evening of the incidentSeveral times we spoke with the receptionist, several times we left messages, and other times we were told we could speak with the manager but were never connectedReturn contact was ever initiated by Allroad(In a further message I am able to attach a copy of our phone records for all communication with Allroad towing)You may also contact Agero directly (direct line phone number provided upon request) to verify when pictures and the estimate of damages was sent to AllroadAdditionally, as for the distance the driver drove onto our grass, the video taken at the scene, which shows the second tow truck pulling out their first two truck, marks the furthest truck tracks at ft past the entrance of the drivewayThe damage report by the licensed landscape professional sent to Allroad also lists linear feet of grass as needing repairLastly, I will reiterate that we have a police report and pictures to verify our claim and should responsible action not be taken by Allroad then we will pursue through legal means Sincerely, [redacted]

Scratches caused by tow truck

To Whom it may concern,
I am writing regarding complaint # *** filed by *** *** The customer did contact us regarding alleged damageMy dispatcher Carole spoke with Mrs *** and Mrs *** indicated they had pictures as well as a video showing our driver doing
the damageShe asked Mrs *** to please email us the pictures and the videoMrs *** stated she wouldApproxitmately week later, after having not recieved the pictures or video, Carole called Mrs *** and was only able to leave a messageA few days later Carole did recieve a phone call from Mrs *** stating that she was out of town and her husband would be handling the complaintMrs *** also state that her son was the one who had the video but the battery was dead and he needed to find the charger so he could charge the camera and send us the videoAfter weeks of not hearing from anyone, Carole called again and left a messageLater that day Mr *** called and wanted to know what was going on and asked if we were going to fix the carCarole told him she was still waiting to get the video and picturesThat is when we found out the video was "ruined" and Mr *** stated he would have his son email us the picturesTo this date we still have not recieved any picturesWe have not heard from the ***s until this complaint.

Allroad Towing

I did take some time to get back to Carole because my husband never got the pictures to me until 2/(we had been waiting for our son to retrieve the video from his laptop which he wasn't able to do)Both my husband and I spoke with Carole and both of us had the understanding the pictures HAD been received and TWCE she told Sam that she would have the manager get in touch, which never happenedIf they hadn't received the pictures, why didn't the manager call and say so? If they truly haven't received them, we can print them up and mail themThe email address I sent them to was [email protected]
I'm not having any luck trying to attach a pdf file here (to include the pictures) but can forward the pictures to you if that would help

I have called the customer several times to make arrangements to look at the alleged damage but have not been able to reach her. We would like to see this resolved.

Agero called us to request pictures and an estimate of damage by a licensed landscape professional. On 1/7/2016 they forwarded this information to Allroad towing for them to take responsibility for the damages caused. We then followed up with numerous calls and messages to Allroad towing after our initial call to them on the evening of the incident. Several times we spoke with the receptionist, several times we left messages, and other times we were told we could speak with the manager but were never connected. Return contact was ever initiated by Allroad. (In a further message I am able to attach a copy of our phone records for all communication with Allroad towing). You may also contact Agero directly (direct line phone number provided upon request) to verify when pictures and the estimate of damages was sent to Allroad. Additionally, as for the distance the driver drove onto our grass, the video taken at the scene, which shows the second tow truck pulling out their first two truck, marks the furthest truck tracks at 70 ft past the entrance of the driveway. The damage report by the licensed landscape professional sent to Allroad also lists 70 linear feet of grass as needing repair. Lastly, I will reiterate that we have a police report and pictures to verify our claim and should responsible action not be taken by Allroad then we will pursue through legal means.
