Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Your message is the same corporate speak we have been receiving for the last week This disruption has paralyzed my practice, resulted in over a week’s worth of lost wages, and restricted my ability to bring in revenue (potentially lost forever by my inability to schedule cases) As a small business owner in private practice, no one will stand up for my interests except me I understand circumstances, at times, are out of your company's control; however, your company's response was less than satisfactory during the entire ordeal, there was no back up system in place to allow us to continue on as necessary, and your company has not provided a statement on how any future attack's effects will be mitigated Electronic health records are very expensive, and, as such, impossible for my small business to switch to one of your competitors no matter how much I'd like to do just that While monetary reimbursement would be most appropriate, I doubt very seriously your company would consider that route considering how doctors are treated by the government, insurance companies, and other entities I would very much like to know how your company plans to handle a situation like the one that most recently occurred so that my small business does not become paralyzed again Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The Allscripts Recovery Team will host an informational call for clients on Tuesday, Jan. 30, at 6pm ET, where we’ll provide an update on our progress and answer your questions.  Access the streaming link for this call here: 6 PM ET Tuesday, Jan. 30 We’ll host an additional call on Thursday, Feb. 1, at 6pm ET. Join here: 6 PM ET Thursday, Feb. 1 Important password reminder: As part of the ongoing effort to enhance the security of the Allscripts environment, all cloud users will be required to reset their passwords after 10 PM ET, Monday, Jan. 29.   After that time, correct logins to the Professional EHR and Allscripts PM environments will expire, prompting users to reset the credential on their next login. Should you have any difficulty performing this reset, Allscripts Support personnel are on hand to assist and can be reached via Allscripts Central. Note: If you have changed your Allscripts PM and/or Pro EHR password since Jan. 22, you will not be required to change that password again but will still be required to change your cloud password. The required change of Pro EHR / APM application passwords could, depending on system configuration, cause issues with ADP/Unity applications.  If the Unity Application is one that asks the user to enter their EHR / APM username and password, please change that password in the desktop application first, then try in the Unity Application. An example of this would be Pro Mobile. We have alerted our partners to this password forced change and are working with them to minimize the disruption to your system. In the event you notice an issue, please report it to your [redacted] Partner and we will work with them to address the issue.
