with [redacted] and the warranty issue will be corrected shortly. I have spoken to her today. I did not realize that she still had not received the warranty and I'm in the process with [redacted] to correct that. Review: I had a [redacted] roof installed on my house and was never given the golden pledge warranty that I paid for. I have made numerous phone calls and emails and get no response. And now I have a leak that damaged sheetrock and floor.Desired Settlement: I want new sheet rock installed, taped and painted in all damaged areas. And a credit to get the flooring that was damaged. And the warranty that I paid for.
