Allshouse Interiors in Greensburg, PA, in late September.  I never heard anything back directly from the Revdex.com, but I did become aware of the fact that Mr. A[redacted] had been contacted.  That contact resulted in him attempting a payment arrangement with my company.  He did in fact make one of three payments but has not responded to us in regard to the remaining two outstanding payments.

He made several excuses before the final 'car breaking down'.Yes, the main door 's delivery was held up, but he could have worked on all the other components ,which he didn't. He left the door hardware  strewn over tool bench.  We never did find the directions as everything was rain-soaked.When I asked for a partial refund of down payment, he claimed a check had been mailed, but that he would "send another one".
That is when I filed a complaint.I suspect he felt the scope of the job was either beyond his expertise or interest and that he had no intention of refunding my money. It's a shame because Tom did good work, and I was as patient as possible, but something just isn't right.

Review: From 3/26/15, my company started working with Mr. A[redacted] to supply four refurbished cubicles for our business office located at [redacted] He came to our office that day to measure, supplied us with an estimate soon after. We paid in advance, in full, to qualify for a 10% discount. In the months that followed, there was excuse after excuse regarding the product. These excuses ranged from problems with the paint, late delivery on the fabric, to the skids falling off when they were supposed to be loading them on the truck - this was 7/31/15. My manager emailed him at that time and said we just want a refund at this point. A[redacted] replied that he would get the refund processed ASAP. As if. He has done nothing that was promised, made no concessions, just lame apologies via email. I have kept all correspondence. The payment was made via my manager's company credit card. This man is clearly a fraud and it seriously troubles me that he is allowed to do this.Desired Settlement: An immediate refund is requested in the amount of $6915.41 which hit the credit card FIVE months ago on March 30, 2015.

Review: In April,2016,I hired Allshouse to install two garage doors at [redacted].

Payment was to be $500.00. I wired him, through Paypal,a deposit of $250.00 on April 5.

He installed smaller garage door and then requested an additional $45.00 for materials, which was again wired to him through Paypal on June 24.

Work at that point stopped, with Allshouse citing car difficulties.

July 6, I email him, asking if he was going to finish the job.

Again,excuses from Allshouse.

July 21, I request a balance refunded to me of $145.00=

$250.00 down pmt-April 5

$45.00 pd-materials-June 24

Deduct= Delivery of materials to site-$50.00

Installation of side door- $100.00

$145.00 Allshouse owes me.

Aug 3, Allshouse claims in an email, the refund check is in the mail and if I didn't receive it, he will send another one.

To date, NO check has been received.Desired Settlement: I want the money returned Allshouse took for a job he had no intention of finishing or refunding. I want him to stay off the New Alex property and a report on file at Revdex.com.
