Review: I purchased a moped from this business back in march and they never provided a title for the moped. After countless attempts to get in touch with the owner to produce a title he stopped taking my calls and stopped returning my calls all together. I also found out that the VIN number on the certificate of origin doesn't match the VIN number on the moped itself. After months of trying to get the title I had to go to the DMV myself and fill out all kinds of forms to get the title. I'm very frustrated and haven't been able to ride the moped since I bought it because of this.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the moped and receive a full refund
