The original request was handled by a couple of former employees of Allstar ConstructionWhen the phone call was received we had to do our due diligence to verify work completed beforeWork was completed before and photos were sent to the
clientSince he still seemed not to be happy I sent out another tech who custom bent a piece of metal and secured it to satisfy the clientThe job was completed on 10/and the home owner was notified on 10/The home owner was not charged anything except his original bill for work completed

When the tech was sent out to put on the custom bent piece of metal, they sent me "before and after" picturesIn the "before" picture, it showed that the metal wiring on left side, which Allstar Construction claimed to have fixed, was rippedLooking back at the original pictures, I see no proof that that section of the fencing was fixed; there's no "after "picture focusing on that area on the left sideThe new work does show the metal piece put on, but there's no proof the wiring/fencing was fixed prior to putting on metalWhat if they just put the metal on without fixing the wiring/fencing? I have no way of knowing this because they offered no proofAlso, since they said it was fixed before and then the new pictures showed differently, it's hard to trust that the job was actually completedI called Freddy from Allstar construction and stated my concerns and was met with the same rudenessHe told me to just let it go and we needed "to move on"He told me he could offer no proof the wiring/fencing was fixed other than what tech saidUnfortunately, I cannot trust this company's wordThey said the work was completed but the metal piece was missing and then I see recent pictures showing the wiring was rippedFreddy said he would send someone out to fix it before September ended, and he never didI attached all the pictures they sent me to show you and I labeled the files 1-to show order received from companyPictures 1-are from the first time they came, and picture is from the second time, which was recent

Mr***'s complaint was reviewed by Grady ***, President of Allstar ConstructionGrady felt that it would be prudent to schedule a site visit by a different field service tech to take a look at the work that was done and to confirm to Mr*** what has been completed and if necessary make repairs so the work is to the homeowner's satisfactionMr*** spoke with Deb *** on 10/letting him know we would like to stop out and Field Service Tech, Nate *** is in the process of scheduling a visit for week of Nov 1st

Allstar have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] and have made arrangements to meet him on-site at his home to review all of the insurance paperwork and pending invoices. Mr. [redacted] stated that the only reason he filed the complaint was that there wasn't a returned phone call made by our sales...
