wired fire detectors to a light switch. wont respond back when called[redacted]. this company wired my fire detectors into a fan switch in a spare bedroom. with it off, the fire detector batteries run down and I didnt even notice for months my detectors were off. I called numerous times and was told each time the owner would call back but never did.Desired Settlementhave my fire detectors wired correctly so they are to code and the fan switch wired correct.

Was informed 4 times that an electric would call me back which never happened.Around April 3, 2014, I called Allstar Electric to have a light switch looked at that they installed almost 2 years ago. I was told that the electrician would call me to set up an appointment. Around April 17, 2014 I contacted by the receptionist of Allstar Electric after I had email the builder about the electrical issue. The receptionist told me an electrician would call me to schedule an appointment. I've called the company around May 14 or 21, I left a message around May 30th and then I called again on June 4, 2014. Each time I was told how busy the electricians were and that they would call me back. I have not received a call from the electrician to set up an appointment or to even provide a courtesy call. It appears business is very good for Allstar Electric and I'm truly happy for them. However they should at most provide courtesy calls for individuals who want to do business with them.Desired SettlementAt this time I've seek service elsewhere and have to pay another company's service fee. I'm not sure what settlement could be done at this time. However I believe others should have an idea of what type of service Allstar Electric provides (when they are busy).
