I wouldn't recommend this company even to a person in a desperate positionThey are rude even when you do make timely paymentsWhen they did payment reminders I asked that they do them via email or text since I'm at work and since I didn't answer they'd call my mother and if she didn't answer they'd call from a bogus numberMy poor mother had her card charged without her consentI used her card once cause I couldn't get to a western unionWell, I lost my job in August and because I didn't make the payment as they knew I couldn't, they charged her cardThey pretty much ran any possible card they had on fileThey always want an automatic payment and because of that experience I won't even consider it anymorewell they still take it upon themselves to run an old prepaid card (I get the text alerts of the payment not going through) if I don't make it to the western union or money gram dealer before the end of their business dayMind youI'm in Arizona and they're in FloridaI can't leave work and I tell them I will make the payment as soon as I get outI never was late with payments until I lost my job and the people there harassed me even with on time paymentsThose people have thick accents you can't understand and are so rudeAt one point the woman mimicked me on the phone and hung upI absolutely despise this company and they take advantage of people who don't have credit or bad credit and don't have many optionsI'm sure the Revdex.com won't take action eitherYou're all useless and the reason this country has depleted
This company and I have been together for two years then I lost my job , I found out whom they really wereThey came and repo the car in the middle of night like a bunch of cowards now they are telling me I have to pay for left belongings left in the vehicle which is illegal because payment is pass due daysI feel they could have helped me but instead they were asking me to sell my computer, or asking friends and family for payment they even stated they would push payments back to help but that was not done either they are a bunch of liars and I will never use them again, my first representative was *** *** but once payments could not be given due to loss of job he passed ** onto another person because he was not getting moneythis company is shady and a bunch of liarsThe second person whom called my references stating he could not get in touch with me was *** *** another fake individual am sorry to say after paying over 10,into the vehicle and they could not help me is truly sad, but they have the car I hope they will be happy because am done with them

We pay early every month, but we're told they can't process pay till due date or accept extra payments to try and reduce interest! Basically we got stuck with loan shark terms and dealer didn't tell us anything till deal was signed! Expensive lesson, but now got credit union loan on second car!
My car was in an accident and was considered total as of 02/16/2016 and they continued to charge me for the loan as if I still had the car I released the car and all they charged me all the way up until the Insurance Company sent the check even though AFS acceptance knew the car was totaled. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY GO TO BUY HERE PAY HERE TRUST ME!!!!
