Review: Paid $2,850.00 April 15, 2013. The furnace didn't work. I am still waiting for a call from [redacted] On Hica doesn't come. Reported this to State Contractors Board. They found it was the fault of the furnace. I was hospitalized for a fall and surgery. Last fall and in bed most of the time so I can't handle what they are asking.

I paid for a new furnace and that is what I expect.Desired Settlement: Refund
