On 7/29/we were called out to the customer's house for a leakUpon arrival our technician did a leak detection and found that there was a leak on a 1/2" line to the refrigerator in the slab burstedOur plumber opened the slab, fixed
the leak then patched the concrete floorWe removed all wet materials from the kitchen and laundry room and placed dehumidifiers and air movers to dry the area outThe bill for the emergency services that were performed on 7/29/amounted to $2,and to access the slab leak, fix it and close the slab was $1,The total sent to the insurance company after the customer paid the $for leak detection was $3,We bill out our invoices with an insurance based program call Xactimate, we do not come up with the prices on our own as they are already set in the systemThe total we received from the insurance company was $directly to usAnother check for the slab leak repair was mailed directly to the customer to pay us the balance of $which the adjuster also explained to the customerOn 9/17/a certified letter was mailed to the customer with a fully detailed breakdown of all the items that were billed out to the insurance companyWe would like to talk to the customer directly in order to resolve this issue as we've only received return phone calls from the customer's sister and haven't been able to speak to our customer directlyWe would like to work something out in order to resolve this issue and still keep our customer happy

Also R. Is fantastic. I work for a general contractor as an estimator and as such am very conscious of good customer service. Aldo is one of those rare individuals who both enjoys what he does and is very good at it - and it shows. He thoroughly explained how everything works, went out of his way to offer suggestions, explained the costs before starting anything and just made me very comfortable with the whole process.

As a homeowner I have had my share of repairmen,etc. And most are necessary evils. Aldo was a pleasure to work with. He was efficient, used the camera and locator to find the issue with the back flow, explained how it worked and took photos of everything to get a replacement part. I was so impressed with the service we designed a redo of some existing plumbing that is done wrong in my sink to be done in a few weeks and of course Aldo and AllStar will be handling it.

Call these folks first - ask for Aldo and you will not regret it. I am not a pushover and rarely leave reviews- I felt compelled to with this person.
